*CHILD DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY*

Acquittal Principles vs Maquital Principles

According to a recent study by Workman *Teachers Volunteer on the effect of words to a child education development*

There are two psychological syndrome found to be responsible for child academic performances: the acquittal effect and maquital effect.

The acquittal principles says that when a child’s mind is redirected by higher expectation, it leads to an improved performance and thus when words like….

*You are brilliant*
*You can do better*
*You are not lazy*
*You are a good child*
*You like to study*
*You can improve*
*You don’t steal nor lie*
*You are going to be great* are constantly used on a child,

the mind effect of that child doubles its intellectual reception factors and the child performance keeps improving

but this is however not so with the maquital principles which says that when a child is pricked with lower expectation, the performance of the child drops to the extent of their psychological trauma.

Bad words,such as…

*You are from a single parent*
*You are dull*
*You lack parental care*
*you are not a bookworm*
*You are a bad child*

does not help a child to learn and shouting on a child hinders their potential intellectual growth tendencies.

The obvious summary of acquittal and maquital principles is that, the state of self esteem, self worth and self perception of a child is built by words whether to the negative or to the positive

Parent, teachers and guardians have been adviced to help improve on their children/wards academic performance by redirecting their minds with influential words as this was seen lacking in many children during this research expedition across different schools and in that of under aged communities.

Catholic Priest Drops BombBlast Prayer Points For Nigerians To Pray

By Don Majemite-16th November, 2020.

Catholic Priest has dropped BombBlast Prayer Points for Nigerians to pray. The Catholic Priest, popularly called Fada Oluoma, dropped the prayer point via his Official Facebook page.

He writes Dear Lord, praying for someone to get a visa to America, Canada, Dubai, UK and other 1st world countries is among the biggest miracles and testimonies in Nigeria. Haba Daddy, that doesn’t sound fair na (please excuse my manners) I have a better prayer: our Lord Jesus Christ said in Mtt 15:13: ”every tree not planted by my Heavenly Father will be uprooted. If a blind man leads a blind man both will fall into a pit” Ps 24 also said that the earth and it’s fullness belongs to you. Nigeria is definitely yours.

Please uproot whoever and whatever that needs to be uprooted to make Nigeria better.

We prefer the miracle of a Nigeria that provides same opportunities and environment for people to thrive to the miracle of getting visas to other countries.

That blind leader who travels abroad for vacation sees all the good things there and still returns to Nigeria with no intention to replicate them, please uproot him/her from office.

That blind leader who travels abroad for medical treatment but refuses to build, equip hospitals and provide medical care to the masses, Biko uproot from office.

Those blind leaders who send their children abroad to school but do nothing about education in Nigeria, please uproot from office.

Those wicked leaders who hoard and hide palliatives meant for poor people, they are too hungry and wicked to be leaders, please uproot them from office.

Those who use thugs to disrupt peaceful protests, please uproot them from office.

Those who reserve appointments for their children and relatives who are not yet graduates, ewoooo Nna, uproot them from office.

Those who make appointments by tribal, religious and ethnic affiliation at the detriment of competence, please uproot them from office.

Those who rubbish the integrity and capacity of our institutions, uproot them from office.

Those who sell judgements to the highest bidder, uproot them from office.

Those who reject every reasonable idea and step to make this country better, uproot from office.

Those who cause and perpetuate corruption, please uproot from office.

How about the religious leaders who teach wrong things to their followers just to keep them docile and milk them dry, Hmmmm, don’t just uproot those ones because they may find another pulpit, give them the Zechariah treatment, let them be dumb until they learn to teach the truth. Amen

Football legend Diego Maradona, one of the greatest players of all time, has died at the age of 60.

The former Argentina attacking midfielder and manager suffered a heart attack.

He had successful surgery on a brain blood clot earlier in November and was to be treated for alcohol dependency.

Maradona was captain when Argentina won the 1986 World Cup, producing a series of sublime individual performances to lead his team to glory.

In a statement on Twitter, the Argentine Football Association expressed “its deepest sorrow for the death of our legend”, adding: “You will always be in our hearts.”

Maradona played for Barcelona and Napoli during his club career, winning two Serie A titles with the Italian side.

Maradona scored 34 goals in 91 appearances for Argentina, representing them in four World Cups.

He led his country to the 1990 final in Italy, where they were beaten by West Germany, before captaining them again in the United States in 1994, but was sent home after failing a drugs test for ephedrine.

During the second half of his career, Maradona struggled with cocaine addiction and was banned for 15 months after testing positive for the drug in 1991.

He retired from professional football in 1997, on his 37th birthday, during his second stint at Argentine giants Boca Juniors.

Having briefly managed two sides in Argentina during his playing career, Maradona was appointed head coach of the national team in 2008 and left after the 2010 World Cup, where his side were beaten by Germany in the quarter-finals.

He subsequently managed teams in the United Arab Emirates and Mexico and was in charge of Gimnasia y Esgrima in Argentina’s top flight at the time of his death.

Positives In Negatives

A young woman was sitting at her dining table, worried about bills to be paid, house-work to be done, and to top it all, her extended family was coming over the next day to spend the holiday at her place.

She was not feeling very thankful at that time.

As she turned her gaze sideways, she noticed her young daughter typing furiously into her laptop.

“My teacher asked us to write a paragraph on “Negative Thanksgiving” for homework today.” Said her daughter.

“She asked us to write down things that we are thankful for, things that make us feel not so good in the beginning, but turn out to be good after all.”

With curiosity, the mother peeked into the laptop. This is what her daughter wrote:

“I’m thankful for Final Exams because that means school is almost over.

I’m thankful for bad-tasting medicine because it helps me feel better.

I’m thankful for waking up to alarm clocks because it means I’m still alive.”

It then dawned on the mother, that she had a lot of things to be thankful for!

She thought again…

She has taxes to pay but, that meant she is fortunate to be employed.

She has house-work to do but, that meant she has a shelter to live in.

She has to prepare for her many family members who are coming to spend the holiday at her place but that meant she has a family with whom she could celebrate.

PS:

We generally complain about the negative things in life but we fail to look at the positive side of it.

What are the positives in your negatives?

Look at the better part of life today and make your every day a great day.

Be happy.

You’re blessed always.

Be Inspired

STORY

I wasn’t scared because people said that he was the devil’s son, they couldn’t be speaking literally. They were probably referring to his personality, that he maybe was a liar, a tempter, a murderer, manipulative or that he was just pure evil and that’s what scared me.
A knock on the door interrupted my thoughts, and shortly after a court lady came in.
“My lady, it’s time.” She informed.
I descended the stairs, careful not to fall or stumble, but it was hard with the long dress and the heavy jewelry. I was relieved when there were only a few steps left, but just then I stepped on my dress and stumbled forward, almost falling before a strong arm came around my waist and saved me ruining myself on my wedding day.
Straightening myself I looked up to see who it was. Who had dared to touch a princess like that? Not that I minded, I was just curious.
Looking up, my eyes met a pair of golden eyes. No, wait! Not golden, they had the color of flames or the lava from a volcano. I had never seen eyes like that before.
“Are you alright My Lady?” Asked the man in front of me with a frown.
If I had knots in my stomach before, now suddenly I had butterflies as I gazed into his eyes.
Who was this man? I had never seen him before. He was tall, broad-shouldered and his thick raven black hair fell over his shoulders down to his waist. You could tell from the clothes that he was royalty. Could he be one of the royalties who came to attend my wedding?
“Yes, yes… I am… I am fine My Lord.” I replied.
“My Lady,” He bowed elegantly before turning around and leaving.
“That’s one good looking man.” Ylva pointed as I stared at his back while he walked away.
Yes, I thought to myself. Very good looking but I was getting married and didn’t have the luxury to look at other men.
“Shall we?” I asked but Lydia and Ylva were too occupied to hear what I said. They kept following him with their gaze until he was out of sight.
I snapped my finger in front of their face to wake them up. “Yes, yes My lady. Let’s go.” They hurried to say.
The ceremony would begin with a greeting exchange between the bride and the groom and their families. I gave the guard a nod and he informed my presence, then motioned for me to enter.
Lydia and Ylva gave me a reassuring smile before I left them behind to walk inside. Now I was all on my own.
Taking a deep breath I strode into the hall carefully and immediately all heads turned to look at me. I walked with my head high but kept my gaze low, only looking at the floor until I reached the throne where my father was sitting with my mother next to him. While greeting them I felt my legs tremble.
Mother smiled at me nervously but my father just gestured for me to sit down at a table nearby. He was unbothered by the fact that he was marrying me off to a prince rumored to be the devil’s son.
Ignoring my father I smiled at my mother then went to my seat. I could feel everyone’s eyes on me, some stared at me with pity and others with repulsion as if it was my fault that I was getting married to whomever I was getting married to. They should blame my father not me.
After a while, the guard informed the groom’s presence and everyone turned their attention from me to the door. The room went quiet as the guests waited for the groom to enter. I, on the other hand, looked down quickly and rubbed my hands together nervously as I felt the knots in my stomach return. I wanted to look up but I was afraid.
What if I didn’t like what I saw? What if the rumors were true? Would he have red eyes and long nails, and maybe even black horns on his head? Don’t be ridiculous, I told myself and decided to take a look.
Slowly I glanced at the door as my heart hammered inside my chest and almost gasped when the groom entered.
Wait!
This was the man from earlier with the golden eyes. He couldn’t be the groom, could he?
The guests stared at him surprised as well and began to whisper hysterically into each other’s ears. They must have been expecting someone with black horns to enter the room and not some tall, elegant looking man.
Not the least bothered by the whispers or stares he walked gracefully toward my father, taking each step with confidence.
“Your Majesty,” he said bowing slightly.
I dropped my jaw, so did the guests. No one bowed slightly to the king. This man was truly fearless and being disrespectful toward my father. I already got a bad feeling about him. Not because I thought my father deserved any kind of respect but because he was so daring with his actions already.
He must have noticed people’s reactions; it was so obvious, but he didn’t seem to care. My father, on the other hand, didn’t react, he just gestured toward me.
As I saw him turn to me I looked down quickly, then heard the clicking sound of his footsteps as he neared before sitting on the other end of the table, facing me.
He didn’t utter a word. Wasn’t he supposed to greet me or at least tell me his name? I don’t think father ever told me his name but I don’t think I gave him the chance either. I had fought and cried the day father told me he was marrying me off to some stranger, but my father was stubborn and had already made up his mind.
“Today we are gathered to celebrate my daughter’s wedding to the prince of the Decresh,” Father began to speak once everyone was seated. He raised his golden wine cup, “Let the ceremony begin, and enjoy yourselves.”
People clapped while dancers and musicians walked in to entertain the guests. People seemed to be enjoying themselves. I, of course, couldn’t see since I was supposed to keep my gaze down, because ‘that’s what a lady should do’. Well then, I hate being a lady.
“Don’t you like the music?” He finally asked breaking the awkward silence. I peeked through my long lashes, but once I gazed into his eyes it was hard to look away. They were captivating.
“I do Your Highness,” I replied.
“What do you have in store for the tea ceremony?”
Oh no! The tea ceremony! That was the traditional part of the royal wedding where the bride has to show one of her talents to entertain the guests and impress the groom. Hell with impressing. I didn’t want to impress anyone, especially not this man.
“It is a surprise, Your Highness,” I said, sending him a staged smile.
I was sitting in a chair in the middle of the room, everyone’s attention directed at me. It was time for the tea ceremony. The guests would sit and enjoy their tea while I would have to entertain them.
I took up my flute before lightly putting it on my lips, and started playing. Soon my nervousness disappeared. I loved playing the flute, loved the sound of it. Closing my eyes, I let the sound take me far away, to a peaceful place. Now and then I would hear some people praising me through my haze and then they applauded when I was done.
Opening my eyes I found him staring directly at me. He wasn’t applauding but there was a hint of a smile on his face.
Now it was time for the gift exchange. We exchanged our gifts, and then it was time for me to go to my new home. The knot in my stomach returned with such intensity that I felt like throwing up.
Mother came up to me while father spoke to my husband. Husband? The word sounded strange in my head. She took my hands in hers. “Everything is going to be fine,” she said, “just remember what I told you”.
Yes, I remembered very clearly our mother and daughter talk. To be a good wife, to listen to your husband and to not make him angry.
“Yes, I will,” I said, enveloping her in a tight hug. I wasn’t supposed to, but right now I didn’t care because I might never see her again.
The carriage was waiting outside. The prince, or should I say, my husband led the way. I looked behind me one last time and found Lydia and Ylva standing on the balcony, their cheeks wet with tears.
“I will miss you too,” I whispered.
We rode home in silence. I hated it because it made me nervous, and gave me time to think of what was waiting once we arrived. The wedding consummation. I had never even touched a man before, father made sure of that, and now I would… I shook my head. You’re scaring yourself, I scolded myself. Maybe he would spare me tonight if he had someone else to be with.
“Your Highness?”
“Yes?”
“Do you have another wife, Your Highness?” I asked.
I shouldn’t have. It was none of my business. Mother had told me to be careful not to ask a prince such questions, but I didn’t care. I needed to know what was waiting for me once we reached home.
He turned his gaze to me and narrowed his eyes. Did he get angry?
“No, I don’t.” He answered slowly.
I was surprised that I felt relieved when I shouldn’t have. This would only mean that I would have to spend the night with him. I shivered at the thought.
“But I have many mistresses.” He finished.
Oh, of course. Why didn’t I think about it? He was an attractive man and a prince. I wanted to curse, but he suddenly laughed.
“You don’t seem to like that,” He drawled.
Why would I? But I couldn’t say that, indeed.
“It’s not for me to like or dislike, Your Highness,” I stated simply.
He didn’t say anything to that.
I wondered what his name would be.
“Your Highness?”
“You may call me Lucian when we are alone”.
Lucian. I repeated the name in my head. I liked the sound of it.
After a while, the carriage stopped, and then a guard informed us that we had arrived. Lucian stepped out of the carriage and offered me his hand. I took it, and he helped me down.
The castle was grand and the garden even more luxurious, with green bushes and colorful flowers. The castle was made of ivory walls and several tall, square towers. The towers were connected by large bridges and small windows covered its walls along with gaps for archery and artillery.
There was a big fountain in the middle of the garden surrounded by grass and bushed in all kinds of shapes. Different range of flowers were symmetrically scattered across the garden. It was truly a beautiful sight.
“Lucian?” someone called and I turned my head to see who.
Four men in royal robes approached us from a distance.
“We came to welcome you and your bride,” One of them spoke as they neared.
“Is that so?” Lucian asked.
“Of course, we are brothers after all!” The other behind him smirked.
Brothers?
“Why don’t you and your bride join us for dinner?” He suggested. “We would like take a closer look at your bride,” and then he shot me a glance.
Lucian walked up to his brother, standing only a few inches away from him. It looked like he was trying to intimidate him which clearly worked because suddenly his brother’s guards grabbed their weapons as if ready to attack.
Lucians guards reached for their weapons as well and there was suddenly tension in the air.
What was happening? I thought they were brothers or did I hear wrong?
“Thank you brother, but I must decline,” Lucian said in a polite tone, that didn’t match the menacing look in his eyes.
Turning his back to his brother, he took my hand, gripping it hard he dragged me through the halls of the castle. He was angry.
“Won’t we greet your parents, Your Highness?” I asked.
Lucian came to a halt and his grip on my hand loosened. “My mother is dead,” he said his voice void of any emotion, “and the King, do not worry about him, he does not matter,” he added then started walking again, only this time he didn’t drag me.
As we strode through the halls with Lucian still holding my hand two maids appeared in front of us.
“Your Highness,” they greeted with a bow. “With your permission, we would like to prepare Her Highness.” They inquired.
Prepare me for what? Preparing is what I have been doing my entire life.
At first, Lucian didn’t let go of my hand, but when the maids gave him a pleading look he released me and left without a word.
The maids motioned for me to follow them and led me to a dressing room where they helped me get out of my wedding dress and slip into a beautiful white nightgown with its matching robe, both made of silk. They took out the pins in my hair and let it fall in waves. After putting some scents onto my skin, they served me tea.
“What’s this?” I asked.
“It’s a herb tea that will help you relax and decrease the pain, Your Highness.”
“What pain?” I said, but then realized what they were talking about.
They must have seen the horror on my face because I could see pity on theirs. Why did they pity me? Was he going to be rough with me? Well, he didn’t seem like the gentle type from the way he gripped my wrist earlier. It was as if his hand was made of steel.
“I don’t need it,” I said and stood up straight. “Just take me to the chamber”.
They hesitated but then followed my orders and led me to our private chamber where they sat me down on the bed. Adjusting my hair and gown they took one last look to see if everything was perfect.
“We will inform His Highness that you are ready,” they informed and left.
The worst scenarios appeared in my head and my heart pounded so hard in my chest that it was getting difficult to breathe. My hands started to sweat and my head began to spin. I waited for what seemed like hours but was likely just minutes.
After the long wait, the door finally opened and Lucian stepped inside. Closing the door behind him he just stood there for a while, studying me with those odd eyes of his before approaching me slowly.
“Aren’t you tired?” he asked standing a few steps away.
“I am, Your Highness.”
“Lucian,” he corrected.
“Lucian,” I repeated, in barely a whisper.
“Then we should go to sleep,” he said and lay down on the bed next to where I sat. “I am tired too.”
***
Lucian looked at the woman in front of him. She looked so frightened. He wondered if she was scared for the obvious reasons, or if she was scared because she had heard the rumors about him. Either way, he didn’t blame her. Most people feared him, even his own father. He never dared to look his son in the eyes. Lucian always wondered what he had done to make his father fear him.
He always knew that he was different. He had even scared himself when he was a little boy, when he had discovered what he could do.
When he, for the first time, moved an object with just a thought, or when he had wished his brother could burn, and then suddenly his brothers’ clothes were on fire. Everyone rushing to help him get out of the flaming clothes. That day he had been terrified. Running to his room he had cried in a corner, wishing he could talk to someone about it. But who? His father feared and hated him; he would just scare him even more, and his mother was dead. He wondered how she would react.
His brothers used to play with him at first, but then when they got older and started their training, they noticed he was faster, stronger and a better fighter. He was also a very skilled swordsman; his teachers always praised him. But his brothers, they mocked him, telling him to stop cheating. ′Cheating is what the Devil does,′ they would say.
The maids had mixed feelings about him. They were as attracted to him as they were scared. Some of them liked the thrill, the danger. The young ones would give him seductive glances, but the older maids would warn them. ‘Be careful,’ they would say, ‘tempting people and making them sin is what he does.’ Some would listen some wouldn’t.
The only people who didn’t fear him or hate him were his men. His soldiers. They were tough men who didn’t believe in rumors. They respected him. Still, they weren’t his family; he could only talk business with them.
Lucian looked at the woman now laying beside him. The woman who was his family now. She was laying so far out on the edge he was afraid she would fall from the bed. She didn’t even move, she was so stiff. Even though he told her to sleep, he could still hear her heart beating wildly inside her chest.
She had surprised him earlier with her bold questions. He liked her so far; she amused him. Lucian remembered the look on her face when he told her that he had mistresses. She was probably the jealous type. I guess I like jealous, he thought, smiling to himself. And when she played the flute, and when she had whispered his name.
Now she was as timid as a rabbit. That, he didn’t like.
That night I had a dream. I was running, terrified. I was running for my life, and something was chasing me. Something dark. Something with intent to kill. I couldn’t see it but I could feel its presence. It wanted me. It was hungry and angry and it wouldn’t stop hunting me until it caught me. I ran so fast that I stumbled on my own feet and fell. It was close now; it would catch me.
A dark figure slowly appeared from the shadows. It had red eyes and horns. Black horns, curling like the devils. It stretched its hands toward me. I could see its nails that looked more like claws. They were coming closer. I shrieked a high, panicked sound. It had caught me, and now it was shaking me.
“My Lady! My Lady!” a gentle voice urged. I shot my eyes open with a gasp and found Lucian looming over me.
“You’re ok,” He assured, brushing something away from my face. “It was just a dream.”
I was panting and sweat dripped down my face. I was scared and confused. Lucian pulled me to his chest. He held me in his arms and stroke my hair.
“It’s alright.” He whispered softly. “Relax and sleep.”
Eventually, as I lay in his arms, my heartbeat returned to a steady rhythm and I fell asleep once again.
When I woke up a few maids were already in the room but there was no sign of Lucian. I remembered last night while the maids helped me get prepared. I was surprised at the fact that I was still untouched. He hadn’t even tried. He must have been tired from the long journey, but tonight there was no escape. Maybe I should talk to him and tell him that I wasn’t ready yet, I thought. The question was how.
I got out of the bed and the maids helped me bathe and get dressed.
“His Highness wants you to join him for breakfast, My Lady,” One of the maids informed when she was done with my hair.
“Lead the way,” I said.
The maid led me to the garden just outside the room. There Lucian was standing with his back toward me and his arms crossed behind his back.
“Your Highness?”
He turned around and I couldn’t understand why my heart skipped a beat. “My Lady, did you have a good night’s sleep?”
“I did, Your Highness. How about you?” He probably didn’t, but it felt courteous to ask. I must have disturbed him with my dream.
“I have slept well. Do you mind having breakfast with me?” I didn’t expect him to be so polite.
“I would love to,” I answered with a smile.
The breakfast smelled and looked delicious. There were several dishes and their food wasn’t much different from ours back home. But because of the knots in my stomach that still refused to go away, I couldn’t eat much. Instead, I would glance at the garden now and then. It was beautiful. There was a gorgeous range of flowers; roses, daisies, daffodils. Carved hedged depicted strange shapes all around the space.
We had a beautiful garden back home too, but it was nothing compared to this.
Suddenly Lucian stood up from his seat and walked over to me, holding his hand out for me to grasp.
“Walk with me,” he said and I blushed. He must have noticed me ogling the garden, but how could I not. Back home I rarely went outside because of my fathers’ strict rules and now I was walking through the most beautiful garden I have ever seen.
“You never go out?” he asked, with a curious expression.
“No, my father would not allow it.”
“So you have always been at home?”
“Yes,” was my short reply.
“Well, you can walk around here anytime. It’s our personal garden” He said with a charming smile.
“Really?” My voice was colored with excitement and surprise. He nodded.
After walking for a while in silence, I decided now was the best time to bring up the consummation.
“Your Highness?”
“Yes?”
“About the wedding consummation, I…I’m not ready yet.” I looked down quickly, afraid to meet his gaze. My heart pounded in my ears as I waited for an answer. A laugh, an angry exclamation, anything.
“I know, it’s alright,” he said gently. I looked up in surprise and breathed out in relief.
“I could just go to one of my mistresses to satisfy my needs.” He added.
The smile on my face died and I clenched my fists. Why was I getting angry? He could go wherever he wanted and fool around with whoever he wanted. He could go to hell. Suddenly he laughed. What was so funny?
“If you don’t want me to go, then tell me.” He said leaning closer.
“I don’t want you to go” I repeated.
Shocked at my own outburst, I put a hand over my mouth. He laughed again.
Eventually, he stopped laughing. “Hazel,” he said stepping closer and gazing into my eyes.
He knew my name.
Of course. Men got always more informed about their spouses then women. Unfair.
“I promise you one thing and I will stand by my word. I will treat you well.” He then took my hand in his and kissed my knuckles, his flaming eyes never leaving mine. My heart fluttered inside my chest.
Dropping my hand,”I have to go, make yourself at home.” He said before walking away.
***
A maid showed me around. The castle had several quarters. Every prince and his family had their own quarters and their own household staff, including servants, cooks, and guards. I had already looked around our personal garden and I especially liked the white swing with a ceiling, surrounded by white and pink roses in a half-circle.
We then went through the halls that led to several smaller halls. The smaller halls had several doors that led to different rooms. One hall led to the kitchen, the pantry, and the storeroom. Another hall led to the guest room and the dining room, and another one led to the library and study. There were several other halls, but we went through the hall that led to our private chamber and the bathrooms.
Inside our chamber, there were doors that led to other rooms. The maid opened one of them and I went inside. It was the dressing room from yesterday.
“This is the boudoir. It’s your personal room when you want to be alone, My Lady.” She explained.
“His Highness has one too.” She continued gesturing to the door at the other end of the room. I decided to take a look once the maid left but the door was locked. Why did he lock his room?
As I walked out of the chamber, a little boy bumped into my leg and fell backward. He stood up quickly. “I am sorry, My Lady,” he said, wide-eyed.
“It’s Alright” I smiled. He had short blonde hair and his big brown eyes stared innocently at her. “Who are you?”
“I am Prince Pierre’s son. My name is Levi, My lady.” I couldn’t help but smile at his cuteness. “I am looking for uncle Lucian.” He called him by his first name. They must be very close I thought.
“His Highness is not here,” I said with a gentle smile. “Do you want to leave a message for him? I am his wife.”
“Can I wait for him here?” He asked with a hopeful look in his eyes.
“Yes, of course. Come,” I said and led him to the garden. “I am having lunch soon; are you hungry?”
He nodded.
“Sit down,” I urged. The maids served us lunch – including baked potatoes and grilled chicken with vegetables.
“Please don’t tell my father I have been here, My Lady.” He pleaded. “Father doesn’t like me being here.”
“Why not?” I asked curious.
“He says Uncle Lucian is a bad man.”
Bad man? Why would his brother say something like that about him?
“Then why don’t you listen to your father? Why don’t you stay away?” I asked, treading carefully.
“Because I like being with uncle Lucian. He is nice to me even though he’s not nice anymore.” He said timidly.
“Why not?”
“I don’t know, he just tells me I shouldn’t be here, he tells me to go away.” He looked hurt.
“What about the rest of your uncles? Why don’t you accompany them?”
“I just like uncle Lucian.”
“Levi!” someone shouted and shortly after a woman barged in. The maids behind her, wore an apologetic look on their face.
I stood up from my seat, and the woman looked me up and down.
“Mother,” Levi said stiffly, standing up.
“Come here!” She ordered, and he walked up to her. She put a hand on his shoulder. “I told you not to come here,” She scolded him. “Go now.”
Levi left running away quickly. Poor child, I thought.
The woman then turned to me. “I am Princess Elsa, the Crown Prince’s first wife,” She said straightening her shoulders and neck as if challenging me with her superiority.
“It’s nice to meet you, Princess Elsa. I am Princess Hazel,” I replied courteously, trying my best to not offend her. I didn’t want conflict this early on.
“My son won’t disturb you anymore,” she said, with finality. “Feel free to visit if you ever feel alone, my quarter is next to yours.”
“Maybe I will,” I said, and then she turned around elegantly with a high chin and left.
After having my lunch I went to the white swing in the garden and lay down while looking up the sky. I had many questions and thoughts that bothered me. Why would Lucian’s brother say something like that about him? Yesterday, they looked as though they were willing to attack each other. I remembered the menacing look in Lucian’s eyes, so different from the soft look he gave me today when he kissed my hand. My heart fluttered at the memory.
“What makes you smile so?” A familiar voice came from nearby.
“Your Highness.” I inclined my head. He had surprised me. I moved over to create a space for him on the seat. He took a seat beside me and put one arm over the seatback.
“How was your day?”
“It was fine Your Highness…I mean Lucian.” I corrected myself.
He just smiled.
“Your nephew was here,” I added.
His only reply was a short ‘hmm’.
“He said his father wouldn’t be happy to know he was here.”
“Yes, my brothers don’t like me,” Lucian replied, devoid of emotion.
“Why?”
“Haven’t you heard the rumors? that I’m the ‘devil’s son.'”
“But you’re not…?” I trailed off, confused.
He just looked at me for a while before finally replying; “I don’t know.”
All princes and their first wives were invited to have dinner with the King. When we arrived, the King welcomed us and we greeted him in turn, then we greeted one another amongst ourselves. While the princes chatted and laughed, except Lucian, the princesses just glared at each other. There was some kind of hostility between them.
Lucian didn’t go up to his brothers, he just stood beside me. None of them seemed to care about him, either. He had told me earlier that they didn’t like him because he was the devil’s son. I wondered if they really believed that kind of blasphemy.
And why did he say that he didn’t know if he actually was the devil’s son? I was confused.
Before my head imploded with questions, dinner was served and we sat down in our assigned places. Each prince sat beside his wife. The Crown Prince was sitting next to the King, they were talking about something animatedly, waving their hands around wildly. His wife Elsa looked at me now and then. I wondered if she had any problem with me. But I had to admit she was a beauty. Possibly the most beautiful of all the princesses, with her curly blonde hair and sky blue eyes.
Lucian and I ate our dinner in silence; he seemed uncomfortable as though he was forced to be here.
A guard came in and whispered something into the King’s ear and shortly after the king stood up from his seat. “I have a few things to take care of, but enjoy your dinner.”He said guardedly, and with that, he left.
As soon as the King left the Crown Prince rose from his seat holding his wine glass delicately in one hand and a spoon on the other. He tapped the spoon on the glass to grab everyone’s attention.
“First, we shall welcome or little brother’s bride,” he began, “and then..” he continued, clearly not fit to form complete sentences in his intoxicated state.
“And then,” the prince next to him picked up where his brother had left off. “We shall tell embarrassing stories about our little brother to his bride.”
Lucians brothers laughed. They may have been speaking of this as a joke, but something was off. Their laughs weren’t genuine and sounded evil to my ears. I could feel Lucian shifting uncomfortably beside me.
The Crown Prince walked along with the table and stood behind the prince and his wife who were sitting in front of us.
“You must have heard the rumor about our brother, about him being the son of the devil. What do you think about that?” He asked, cruel mirth clear in his tone. I could see Lucian clenching his fists under the table.
“It’s as you said Your highness, just a rumor” I replied. I didn’t know why I defended Lucian, but I felt a strange protectiveness over him.
The crown prince sent me a scrutinizing glare, but he wasn’t willing to give up. He was probably thinking of other ways to insult his brother. He had no right!
“So you don’t believe them?” He looked at me skeptically.
“Should I, Your Highness?” I said in a challenging tone, mock sweetness coloring my voice.
Clearly, the crown prince was not succeding with his insults so he got some help from his brother sitting in front of us.
“Even his mother didn’t want him after she gave birth to him,” he added.
I couldn’t believe my ears. How could he say something so cruel to his own brother?
Beside me, Lucian’s entire body tensed up, ready to spring at the brother sending cruel taunts to the both of us. I quickly reached out under the table and gently laid my hand atop his, willing him to stop and consider his actions.
Lucian stilled. He raised his incredulous gaze up to my eyes, clearly surprised by my contact. I gave him a reassuring smile, and by intuition, I could tell he had calmed down significantly. Turning to his brothers, I was furious. I hadn’t known Lucian for that long, and I hadn’t chosen to be married to him, but now he was my husband and I couldn’t change that. I had only one option: to make this marriage work.
His brother looked at me, calculating. He must have guessed what I was thinking.
“Well, I hope he treats you well,” he said slowly, backing off.
“Well is an understatement of how he treats me,” I said stiffly and his brothers sent me a disappointed look.
Lucian intertwined his fingers with mine under the table, as though he approved of me defending him.
*********** *************** **************
For his entire life, no one has ever stood up for him like this beautiful woman had done today. This woman, his wife who barely knew him, had surprised him with her touch and melted his heart with her words and smile. She hadn’t believed the rumors about him, that even he sometimes believed about himself.
Once they arrived at their chamber Lucian noticed that Hazel had a frown on her face.
“Is everything alright?” He asked.
“Yes,” She said her gaze slowly turning to the window. “Can I go outside to the garden?”
Lucian noticed that she liked being outside, so he decided to take her not only outside the room but outside the castle. Her eyes twinkled when he told her about it.
In the courtyard stood the stables, and he led her inside to show her his own horse, a beautiful chestnut with a white star on his flank.
“Can you ride?” He asked her.
“No” she replied, embarrassed.
“Then you should ride with me.” He suggested.
Hazel nodded.
Lucian helped her up and she sat behind him on the horse. “Hold on.”
She seemed to hesitate, but then ever so slowly she put her arms around his waist and held him lightly, almost not touching. But as soon as they started riding, her grip tightened, pressing her soft and warm body against his back.
“Is it too fast?”
“No,” she replied but her tight hold around his waist said otherwise. Either way, he didn’t slow down; he liked the feeling of her arms around him.
He took her to his secret place, a beautiful lake located in the woods. Hazel looked happy walking on the grass with her bare feet, then dipping her foot in the water flicking the cool liquid with her toes. The water must’ve been cold but she didn’t seem to care. Lucian just stood there staring at her from afar. She was beautiful with her long reddish-brown hair and chocolate brown eyes. Her dress clung to her body in all the right places, showing off her beautiful figure. He still couldn’t believe that he was married. When his father suggested the marriage he had said yes, hoping that it would bring them closer, but unfortunately, his father still treated him like a stranger. Suddenly, he heard a shrill yell of pain as he was lost in his thoughts. “Hazel!!” She wasn’t in the water anymore; she was sitting on the ground beside it holding her knee. He rushed to her side. “What happened?” “Nothing much, I just fell,” she said. Her dress was torn and her knee bleeding. “Come on, let’s take you home,” he said, helping her up. Lucian aided me in getting off the horse, but as soon as I shifted my weight onto my leg, my knee started to ache. Not wanting to draw attention, I didn’t say anything, but Lucian must have known, because he put his strong arms behind my knees and my back, and lifted me with ease. “What are you doing?” I asked embarrassed. “Carrying you,” He stated simply. “I know that, please put me down I can walk,” I said, my face and neck flushing red. “Wife, if I was to let you walk, we wouldn’t reach the room even after sunrise and I would like to get some sleep.” Did he just call me wife? I liked the sound of it. As we moved through the halls, the maids and servants looked down quickly as soon as they caught sight of us and I was thankful for that. He stopped for a while and told a maid to bring something to clean the wound before walking again. Upon arrival at our chambers, he put me down on the bed gently as a maid came in with things to clean the wound. He took the kit from her and dismissed her shortly. Taking a seat beside me on the bed, he lifted my dress up above my knee. “Uh…it’s fine I can clean it myself.” I stuttered nervously. “Just sit still,” He ordered. He put one hand on the back of my leg, his hand cold yet his touch hot. I wondered how such a strong and tall man could touch so gently. Strangely, his touch made me yearn for more and I found myself imagining how it would feel like if he ran his hand down my leg or if he… A burning pain interrupted my thoughts and I hissed. “It will burn a little,” he said then continued cleaning my wound. I bit my lower lip because the burning was too much and I didn’t want to complain. As if sensing my pain he paused and then blew on my wound. When his hot breath touching my skin made me shiver and curl my toes. Good Lord, he was doing things to my body without doing almost nothing. “Feel better?” He asked. “Yes,” I whispered, “thank you.” When he was done he pulled my dress back down over my leg. “You should change,” he said standing up “Do you want me to call a maid for you?” “No, I can manage,” I said. Walking with an aching knee I went into the dressing room and slipped into my nightgown and a robe and then walked back into the chamber. Only a few candles were lit now. Lucian was laying down on the bed looking up the ceiling. His shiny black hair was spread across the pillow and his golden eyes glowed in the dim light. When I walked up to the bed he turned his head. “You should take your robe off. It’s very hot in here at night.” His observation was completely innocent, but it made my heart beat faster, and suddenly it felt really hot in the room. I opened my robe and let it slide down my arms. His eyes followed my every movement. I then laid down on the bed, facing the other way. Even though he told me he could wait to consume the wedding, I still felt nervous. I felt him shift on the bed and stiffened. “Hazel,” he whispered his voice a soft brush on my back. “Yes?” I struggled to keep my voice neutral. “Turn around!” he said with a commanding voice. I found myself turning around to face him. “I promised to treat you well; you don’t have to be afraid.” “I am not,” I whispered. He didn’t say anything for a while. He probably knew I was lying. “Goodnight,” he finally said. “Goodnight,” I whispered back feeling more relaxed until I eventually fell asleep. I woke up and tried to shift in the bed, but then realized that a strong arm around my waist was restricting my movement. Lucian! My back was pressed against his hard chest and I could feel his hot breath on my neck and some strands of his soft hair on my shoulder. He smelled good. He had a spicy scent, and somehow I found myself melting in his embrace. I liked it, liked the warm and secure feeling it gave. Suddenly, he slid his arm away and sat upon the bed startling me. “What is it?” I asked, sitting as well. He seemed to be listening to something. I looked around and strained my ears, but couldn’t hear anything. Climbing down he put his robe on. “We have a problem,” he said walking to the door. I quickly put my robe on and went after him. Some maids and guards were gathered in the hall arguing about something. They fell silent as soon as they saw us. “Your Highness,” they said and bowed. “What is the problem?” Lucian asked. They had a look of fear in their eyes. One maid, in particular, was trembling with her hands behind her back. “What do you have there?” Lucian asked. She was shaking now. Lucian went up to her and took the hidden thing from behind her back. It was a golden hairpin, my hairpin. One of the guards quickly came to the front and fell to his knees in front of Lucian. “I am sorry, Your Highness, it will never happen again; you can punish me instead” he begged. “Please spare her, she is just a child.” She did look quite young. The white-faced maid fell to her knees too, shaking as much as before. “No, please, it was my fault! Don’t punish my brother. He didn’t know” she cried. I had no idea what Lucian would do to them. For that, I both pitied and feared for them. They might get executed, or if they had luck they would get their hands cut off. I didn’t know which one sounded worse. Stealing was of course not okay, but I didn’t think anyone should die for it. I hoped Lucian would have mercy on them. “Since you stole from my wife, I should let her decide the punishment for you,” he said, walking behind me and placing his hands on my shoulders. I froze for a moment unsure of what to do. “How do you want me to punish them for you?” he asked. I looked at the young maid sitting on her knees crying and shaking violently. I went up to her. “Why did you do it?” I asked in a gentle voice. “I am sorry, Your Highness. I didn’t want to, but my mother is sick and her treatment costs a lot,” she said, crying hysterically. “Get up!” I ordered them both. They got up to their feet. “What’s your name?” I asked her. “Lisa, Your Highness,” she said meekly. “Lisa, you can have the hairpin but you need to promise me that you will never steal again. There are more honest ways to find money, besides putting your life at risk wouldn’t help your mother in any way.” Everyone looked at me wide-eyed. They clearly didn’t expect to be left alive. Lisa was in shock, she just stared at me. “Do you promise me?” I repeated. “I…I promise you…I promise Your Highness” she said. “Thank you so much…thank you” she began to cry again, but this time tears of relief. “Thank you, Your Highness” her brother repeated. His eyes were also glistening with unshed tears of gratitude. “Now everyone can go back to work,” I said relieved that the situation ended well. They walked away. Lisa was hugging her brother crying and he was scolding her. ” Never do that again!” I found myself smiling. I wish I had a brother like that. My brothers were spoiled brats. Turning around to go back I found Lucian standing there, his arms crossed behind his back. He looked at me with what seemed like admiration but I wasn’t sure. Crossing the distance between us he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me into his embrace. “Let’s get back to bed.”
His voice, his scent, the warmth of his body, all filled my senses and made me unable to think clearly. Before I knew he was carrying me to our chamber, and then laid me down on the bed. Bed? Wait, no!
He lay down next to me and when I tried to get up, he put an arm around my shoulders and held me down.
“Lay still and let me hold you,” he said, taking his arm away from my shoulders and putting them around my waist instead.
“Why?”
“Because I like holding you and you like it when I do that” he replied.
“And how would you know?” I said, a teasing lilt to my voice.
“What? You don’t like it?” I was afraid that if I said I liked it he would want to take it to the next level, but I didn’t want to lie either.
“It’s… alright,” I said cautiously, a shy smile making its way to my face. He grabbed my chin and made me turn around to face him.
“Is my touch just alright?”
He let go of my chin and traced with his fingers down my neck and up my shoulder, removing my robe from one side. My pulse quickened and my skin tingled where he had touched. He leaned closer.
“I don’t think so,” he whispered.
“You… you promised not to do anything,” I said.
“No, I didn’t. I promised to treat you well.” Oh god! That was true. He never promised to not consume the wedding and who knows what treating well means to him. I pulled myself away from his grasp and climbed down from the bed.
Clearing my throat “I am hungry,” I said, “Aren’t you?”
He smiled a devilish smile “Oh, I am very hungry” he said scanning me with eyes that showed hunger for something other than food. My heart skipped a beat, but I ignored it.
“Then we should go and eat,” I said, turning around and walking away before he could say anything.
Lucian tried to ignore the burning need in his body and tried to focus on eating his breakfast. He glanced at his wife the same time she glanced at him. Their eyes met and she looked down quickly, her cheeks turning a light pink. He wanted to reach for her from across the table but stood up from his seat instead.
“I have some work to do,” he said and strode out of the room before he lost control.
What was wrong with him? Why was his body burning and his heart beating in his ears? He had never felt like this before.
He came a bit late to the meeting with his father and brothers. His father didn’t bother to look at him, and his brothers shot him angry glances. He took a seat and listened to how his father planned to take over other kingdoms. His greed had no end.
“That’s all for today. I expect all of you to fulfill your duties,” the king said, looking at each of his sons except Lucian, he then walked out of the room.
His brothers turned to him most of them looking angry and irritated while Pierre had a smirk on his face. He was the cruelest.
“Your wife seems very fond of you,” Pierre said. Lucian knew his brother was trying to pick a fight with him, as usual, so he ignored him, walking away. Pierre grabbed him by the shoulder to stop him from going.
“I am talking to you, Lucian! Don’t you dare ignore me. I am the crown prince, and in the future, I will be your king so you should be careful to get on my bad side.”
Lucian chuckled darkly. “As if I am already not on your bad side,” he said “and you know what? Even when you become a king, you will never become my king.”
His brother laughed “I will become your king and when I do,” he leaned closer, “I will get rid of you and make your beautiful wife my concubine.”
That was what finally tipped Lucian over the edge. He punched and kicked Pierre before his other brothers got involved and tried to hold him, but to no avail. He was too angry and nothing could stop him now. He sat atop his brother and started punching him, the rest of his brothers unable to hold him away. He was too strong for them. He took some time to knock down some of them before he continued with his punching. Guards came into the room and grabbed his arms.
“Hold him down for me,” one of his brothers said. Even though they were many they had a hard time holding him down.
“What are you doing?” Someone yelled from the door. Everyone froze.
“Your Highness, we were just…”
“Enough!” It was the king “You are not children anymore, and you dare to fight? Prepare for your punishment.”
“Your Highness.” A maid came running to the garden. “His Highness is in trouble.”
“What trouble?” I asked, worried.
“He is getting whipped.”
“What?” I shrieked in panic. What on earth could he have done?
We ran through the hall to the main garden. Several men were handcuffed on their knees, leather whips repeatedly being brought down across their backs. I looked for Lucian, and my heart dropped at the sight of him. He was handcuffed too, although he still stood, unlike the other men. His shirt was torn to rags with blood steadily soaking through it. One whip landed on his back, and I almost screamed but he didn’t make a sound. He didn’t even grimace. He was staring at something. I looked to see his brothers standing on the other side and watching.
“He is a prince. Why is he getting whipped?”
“His highness didn’t accept someone to get his punishment,” the maid explained. “He had a fight with his brothers.”
I looked back at Lucian. While the other men were almost falling to their knees he was still standing steadily. It was as if the whipping didn’t affect him at all, but I knew it did. He just didn’t want to give his brothers the satisfaction of seeing him get hurt. Another whip landed on his back and I felt a hand grasp my wrist.
“Your Highness, you shouldn’t get involved. It was the king’s order.” I didn’t realize that I was trying to get to him.
Please God, make this stop.
God must have heard my prayers because they started to uncuff his hands. As soon as they uncuffed him, he fell on his knees. I ran toward him, but some guards got to him before me and helped him up.
Once we reached the chamber he pushed the guards away.
“Leave!”
“But Your Highness you need…”
“I. said. leave!” he shouted savagely, and the guards hurried away. He sat down on the bed.
“You should leave too,” he said lowering his voice.
“Then who will clean your wounds? Now take off what remains of your shirt and lay on your stomach,” I ordered, grabbing a bowl of water and a piece of the cloth that the maid had brought, but he didn’t move.
“Do you need help?” I said grabbing his shirt to help him get out of it. He grabbed my wrist to stop me.
“I told you to go,” he said with clenched teeth.
“I don’t want to. How can I leave when you’re hurting?”
“I’m not, so leave.”
“No, I won’t” I insisted stubbornly, then everything happened in a second. He grabbed me by the neck and pinned me to the wall, his face only an inch from mine. His eyes not golden anymore, the flames in them burning with intensity.
“Don’t make me break my promise,” he growled.

Maturity Of Six Year Old Boy

A 6 yr old boy was in the market with his 4 yr old sister. Suddenly the boy found that his sister was lagging behind.

He stopped and looked back. His sister was standing in front of a toy shop and was watching something with great interest.

The boy went back to her and asked, “Do you want something?” The sister pointed at the doll. The boy held her hand and like a responsible elder brother, gave that doll to her. The sister was very very happy…

The shopkeeper was watching everything and getting amused to see the matured behaviour of the boy…

Now the boy came to the counter and asked the shopkeeper, “What is the cost of this doll, Sir? !”

The shopkeeper was a cool man and had experienced the odds of life. So he asked the boy with a lot of love & affection, “Well, What can you pay?”

The boy took out all the shells that he had collected from sea shore, from his pocket and gave them to the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper took the shells and started counting as if he were counting the currency. Then he looked at the boy. The boy asked him worriedly, “Is it less?”

The shopkeeper said, “No, No… These are more than the cost. So I will return the remaining.” Saying so, he kept only 4 shells with him and returned the remaining.

The boy, very happily kept those shells back in his pocket and went away with his sister.

A servant in that shop got very surprised watching all these. He asked his master, “Sir ! You gave away such a costly doll just for 4 shells ???”

The shopkeeper said with a smile, “Well, for us these are mere shells.

But for that boy, these shells are very precious. And at this age he does not understand what money is, but when he will grow up, he definitely will. And when he would remember that he purchased a doll with the Shells instead of Money, he will remember me and think that world is full of Good people.

It will help him develop a positive attitude and he too in turn will feel motivated to be Good.”

Moral – Whatever emotion you infuse into the world, it will further spread. If you do good, goodness will spread. If you do bad, negativity will spread.

Realize you are a very powerful source of energy.

Your good or bad will come back to you magnified. Not in the ways you want it, and probably not in the ways you can understand it. But it will come back.

Loved it….hence posted.

When you see two young teenagers falling in love, it is your duty as an adult to talk to them. Most of the time they don’t have sense of their own; you have to lend them yours.

Immediately after my WAEC, I went for computer training in one of these road side computer schools.

There’s this girl, Charity, an O’ Level graduate, who was also taking the training.

After each training we’d stay behind and learn on our own.

As Charity and I became familiarized with each other, we fell in love ❤️

The guy who was tutoring us, Uncle Sam, was in his final year in the university as at that time.

One fateful day, Uncle Sam called me and said something that I’d never forget.

This was what he said, word for word:

“David! Being in a serious relationship with an opposite sex at this age is not a good idea. You have a great future, one mistake and you’d spend the rest of your life paying for it.”

The computer training center had two branches. Uncle Sam went to the extent of writing a transfer letter for me to move to the other center. He said I wouldn’t concentrate if I was seeing Charity everyday.

I bless the day I met Uncle Sam. People like him are not up to ten on this planet.

The following day I called Charity and told her I needed some space.

She tried to reach me for a while but all thanks to Uncle Samuel, I was able to put her away 🙌

Whenever we meet we’d just give each other a ‘Hi, how far’ greeting.

Today I stumbled on her pre-wedding photos.

By December she’s getting married to Uncle Sam 😳
Have a lovely weekend..

Words of wisdom

Good day everyone. Have you heard or read of a man who established a zoo and made the entrance fee N50,000= but no one went there. He reduced it to N40,000= but still no one came. He then reduced the fee to N20,000= still people didn’t come. Finally, he made it FREE entrance and soon, the zoo was filled with people. Then, he quietly locked the gate of the zoo, set the lions free and made the exit fee N150,000= and everyone paid.

MORAL

A. As you go about in life, beware of free offers.

i. Most of the time, they are big traps.

ii. Behind every free gift, there is high possibility of an ulterior motive.

iii. You may lose your life trying to get a free ride.

iv. You may lose all your money trying to get free airtime or free data.

B. Note that most promotions on the Internet, Facebook and WhatsApp platforms are big scams.

Today we live in a human society where there’s no free lunch. The ‘tat’ you would give for the ‘tit’ you received could be too costly for you.

i. Avoid it. Why? Because every thing with value is valuable, it can never be actually or totally free!

Be wise!!!

*Gini Wijnaldum provides spiky response over new Liverpool contract*

Wijnaldum’s contract with Liverpool expires at the end of this season, and the 30-year-old is yet to commit to a new deal.

Georginio Wijnaldum refused to give anything away when asked if he was going to sign a new contract with Liverpool.

Wijnaldum’s deal with the Reds expires at the end of this season, and the 30-year-old is yet to commit to a new deal.

As a result, he is free to open negotiations with foreign clubs from January, meaning Liverpool currently face the possibility of losing the midfielder on a free transfer next summer.

Wijnaldum was wanted by his former Netherlands national team boss Ronald Koeman at Barcelona during the summer after his compatriot took over at the Camp Nou.

And when asked if he had an update on his Liverpool future, the former Newcastle United man told the interviewer to ask the Anfield club instead of him for an update.

“I can’t say anything about that,” the midfielder told Dutch publication Het Parool. “Just ask Liverpool those questions. Don’t they answer?

“I cannot say anything about it, including whether or not there is talk of a new contract between me and Liverpool. Sorry.”

*’My husband loves Liverpool FC more than me so I’ve started cheating on him’*

*A dental technician from Chester has shared how she has been experiencing the ‘seven-year itch’ just three years into her marriage.*

*Sasha, 32, claims she’s bored of her husband Steve, as he prefers watching football on television to having sex with her.*

*So as he enjoys his love affair with Liverpool FC the woman has decided to embark on her own affair with an IT manager, thanks to illicitencounters, a dating site for married people.*

*”The sad truth is that Steve is having an affair with Jurgen Klopp, Jordan Henderson, Virgil van Dijk and the rest of the guys at Liverpool FC,” said Sasha.*

*”His life revolves around football and if he is not watching on TV, he is down the pub with his mates talking about the match.*

*”It has been particularly bad in the last year when Liverpool were on the brink of winning the Championship for the first time in 30 years.*

*”I thought things would improve during lockdown when the games stopped for a while but then he was stressing over whether they were going to call the season off.*

*”I have pleaded with him to devote more time to me but he is obsessed. Our sex life petered out and I have been left on my own in the house for hours.”*

*After a suggestion from a friend, Sasha decided to join the dating site.*

*”I knew if I put up a profile that I would get a few offers but I felt my life was in a rut and I needed to make a change.*

*Sasha claims neither she or Paul were ready to leave their partners, but both were looking for a “rush of excitement” from someone new.*

*The pair met up for a drink at a pub and “got on like a house on fire”.*

*She says within weeks they began having sex twice a week and it was easy for her to sneak off as she would do so whenever her husband was distracted by Liverpool on TV.*

*”It was easy for me to meet Paul because I could sneak out whenever Liverpool were playing,” she said.*

*”Each match lasts at least five hours for Steve because he loves all the build-up and then is posting for hours on fans’ forums afterwards. He barely notices that I have gone.*

*”Paul also used football as an excuse to meet me, so our affair has not raised any suspicions.”*

*She added: “I have been contacted by other attractive men on Illicit Encounters and I am tempted to begin a second affair because I am having so much fun.”*

THIS IS A TRANSCRIPT OF ONE OF TRUMP’S CAMPAIGN SPEECH.

THE WORLD READ MY STORY.

My name is Donald John Trump.

I was born on the 14th of June in 1947..

Throughout my life, I was a business man and real estate developer who has employed a lot of Americans before I decided to run for the seat of American presidency in 2016.

For the past years before I became the president, I have watched how the Democrats, Obama&Biden ruined the pride of America and almost destroyed the world.

I saw how Obama&Biden destroyed Lybia by killing Gadaaffi and ruined that beautiful country into what it is today.

I saw how Obama&Biden influenced the NIGERIA election in 2015 by creating a terrorist group called Boko Haram to destabilize Nigeria under the former president so as to put in his vassal.

I saw how ISIS were killing Americans and beheading people without remorse while Obama&Biden administration kept funding them.

From 2017 when I took over as the president, I have achieved a lot in just 48 months more than Joe Biden who had being in power for over 47 years.

I have a lot of achievements which the fake news like NBC, CNN and Co are not reporting it rather they’ve being against me all through my adminstration.

The following are my achievements……

1. I stop the abortion law because it is evil against humanity and God yet Democrats&Biden are in SUPPORT of it.

2. I brought Bible and Christianity back to oval house which Obama&Biden ostracized during his tenure.

3. I gave my $400000 monthly salaries for the last four years yet the fake news media is still claiming I don’t pay taxes even when I hire and pay taxes of many Americans working for me.

4. I fully stopped ISIS and their operations in less than a year of my adminstration.

5. I recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel

6. I am the only president who is concerned about the killings in Nigeria by terrorists being sponsored by Obama.

7. I brought Arab nations to a historic Peace with Israel because I love peace.

8. I eliminated Suleimani the Iranian chief terrorist.

9. I cancelled the America aid to Palestinian and Afghanistan because they are sponsoring ISIS.

10. I rebuilt the America military to the extent it is the best in world’s history today.

11. I brought back jobs to America and our economy was the best before the China plague.

12. I brought back the celebration of Christmas which Obama&Biden made a taboo

In all these, the American fake media and radical left including crazy Nancy pelosi all conspired to distract me from doing my works.

I have being dragged about by these fake media and politicians who are anti America and because I failed to Join in their occultic group.

They started by claiming that Russia influenced the 2016 presidential election which turned out to be lies.

They went after me over the phone calls I made with the Ukrainian president and in all, I was vindicated.

They went on with their impeachment hoax which I won them because I am innocent.

They were against me when I locked the American border but later came to blame me over Chinese virus..

Almost all the Democratic controlled states are been taken over by Antifa and the group they created to ruin America and are against LAW& ORDER.

Americans and the world, I have a lot of stories to tell of how Democrats who supposed to join me in getting America to the highest point, joined hands with China to destroy America just because of politics.. I will write it In a book when I am finally done with my adminstration.

The good people of America and the world, I really needs prayers over the upcoming America Election on the 3rd of November.

The Democrats and their allies are against me because of how I decided not to play games with Americans just like they are doing.

I need prayers..

Wherever you are seeing this post, please PRAY for me in your language…

Wether in Europe, America, Asia, Africa, precisely Nigeria most especially the Eastern Region, middle East, please pray to God to help me achieve victory in the next Election.

Please pray for me in your language because I believe in prayers, in Jesus and power of God almighty..

He is the only one who would give me victory..

Once I win, I will focus on Africa and bring permanent peace by freeing nations who are suffering from the post European Colonization……..

I AM DONALD TRUMP!

Interview

*Why I was removed as Governor*

1) I constructed 22 roads in Alimosho and refused to award any of the contracts to Aregbesola and co.

2) I insisted that contracts that had been awarded to party leaders under Fashola must be executed before they can be awarded new contracts under my regime.

3) I wanted to phase out Danfos and Area boys from the streets of Lagos and introduce smarter means of transportation without Area boys and Agberos.

4) I refused to pad the budget with 10% for house of assembly members led by Bayo Osinowo and Mudashir Obasa.

5) I refused to grant the concession of 4th mainland bridge to Tinubu’s Hitech

6) I refused to increase the amount of money being paid from the state revenue to Tinubu through Alpha Beta from 10% to 20%

7) I developed Epe. Epe was never in their master plan.

😎 I refused to support Aregbesola and Bayo Osinowo’s senatorial ambitions because they are not Lagosians.

9) I refused to use Lagos state funds to finance osun elections.

10) I opposed Tinubu’s succession plan, which will see his son Seyi Tinubu becoming the next Governor of Lagos state after me.

ARSON: SANWO-OLU IN TVC, CONSOLES MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

•Station Boss: ‘We’re Traumatised By Rioters’

The broad hole left on the double-layer wall of the central studio of the Television Continental (TVC) told the extent of the wreck inflicted on the station.

No thanks to the arsonists who invaded the TV station located in Ikosi area of Lagos State in the wake of the violence that erupted last week in the State.

Transmission gadgets, state-of-the-art studios, production rooms and operational vehicles, all gone up in flames by the time the hoodlums left the station’s premises.

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday, visited the management and staff of the TV station to console them over the incident.

TVC’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Andrew Hanlon, led top management staff of the media organisation to receive Sanwo-Olu and his team, among which included the Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr. Gboyega Soyannwo, and Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso.

Hanlon took the Governor round the main auditorium, which was the hub of the TV station’s operation. It was completely razed.

The auditorium housed three main studios, three control rooms, three master control rooms and central transmission laboratory said to have been equipped with the modern communication gadgets worth millions of dollars.

All left in the building were charred materials.

The TV station boss told Sanwo-Olu that more than 250 production staff working in the razed building had been out of work since the incident happened. He added that over 500 direct employees of the station had been struggling to work in temporary accommodation put up by the company.

Hanlon said: “After the rioters invaded our premises and set the place on fire, some buildings in the premises survived. But the main transmission building is completely destroyed and it was the hub of our operations. The rioters cast fear and terror in the hearts of our employees when they broke in last week’s Wednesday morning.

“People’s hard work and huge investment that went down into the TV station were destroyed in a period of about an hour. The incident was really traumatising for all of us. The rioters left immense devastation. The entire interior of the building was destroyed. This is all that is left of our bubbling building, which was a centrepiece. Thankfully, no member of staff died in the incident.”

Hanlon said the immediate priority before the management of the TV station was to ensure that all direct employees were looked after, stressing that the means of livelihood of thousands of indirect workers attached to the brand had been threatened.

He said efforts were being taken to return TVC back to its full operations, promising that the station would bounce back stronger than it was.

The Governor was also shown a wreck of burnt vehicles belonging to the station and employees.

BREAKING: Nigeria’s Okonjo-Iweala Emerges First Female DG Of WTO

Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance, Dr. Okonjo-Iweala, has emerged the first African and the first female to attain the position of Director-General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO).

He became the finalist after eliminating South Korea’s current Trade Minister, Yoo Myung-hee in a fierce battle for the coveted job on Monday night.

Reports say that influential nations within the global power bloc had a rigorous time to working in Nigeria’s favour with high-level negotiations even as China reportedly tilted the dynamics.

The New Diplomat Europe’s outpost office gathered that with the EU nations and the United States moving in the opposite direction, a move that triggered a deadlock between the two powerful geopolitical allies for the first time in many years, it was the decisive and quiet support of China that finally tipped the scales in Okonjo-Iweala’s favour.

A top diplomat in Geneva told The New Diplomat in confidence: “China quietly changed the game. They said nothing openly but silently they, deftly China voted in Nigeria’s favour.”

Okonjo-Iweala, 66, served as Nigeria’s first female finance and later foreign minister, and has a 25-year career behind her as a development economist and international finance expert at the World Bank, eventually becoming its number two. She is also on Twitter’s board of directors and is a special envoy for the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 fight.

Thus, Okonjo-Iweala has successfully edged out South Korea’s Myung-hee. Yoo Myung-hee 53, is the serving South Korea’s trade minister, following a long career in trade, diplomacy, law and foreign affairs. She had previously served as South Korea’s foreign Affairs minister, among others.

I am very happy for your VICTORY. You made the entire Black race proud and NIGERIA in particular. CONGRATULATIONS Madam

MY TRANSITION HOUR: Goodluck Jonathaan book launch!

The Presidential Election Results

Jonathan said of the 2015 presidential election result: “I knew what was coming the day before I called General Muhammadu Buhari. I had reports on the polls around the country. It was clear the results were not going to favour me. Apparently, there were many instances of irregularities. There were series of problems with card readers, resulting from widespread technical hitches leading to the non-uniform application throughout the country.

“For some inexplicable reason, INEC had been able to achieve near 100% distribution of Permanent Voter Cards in the North, including the North East, which was under siege with the Boko Haram insurgency but failed to record a similar level of distribution in the South which was relatively more peaceful.

“Social media was filled with all manner of stories, pictures and videos. I was settled in my mind that I was not going to be the sitting President pointing out these infractions and accusing the opposition and the very INEC I helped to strengthen.

“The world saw my ordeal at the polling unit in my community in Bayelsa State, where the card reader refused my PVC, even after we tried repeatedly during accreditation. And it was the same with my wife and my mother. It was a moment that exposed the shortcomings of INEC.

“However, I was heading towards peace. Stopping the election on voting day would have been like detonating an atomic bomb. After we managed to vote upon filling the Incident Forms, I left Bayelsa for Abuja to monitor the elections and collation of results all over the country from the 29th to 31st March, 2015.

“The country was tensed. I had to do something. I could no longer wait for the collation of the final results. The pressure on the country was palpable. In Lagos, people were ready to burst loose on the streets and in the North; the stage was set for envisaged violence. One of my party’s agents at the INEC National Collation Centre in Abuja, Elder Godsday Orubebe eventually got into a heated argument with the INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega. That further raised the tension in the country. Everyone was expecting the worst. I knew it was time to douse the tension.

Why I conceded defeat

“I was fully informed about the manipulations, intrigues, intimidation and betrayals. The consequences of not conceding were only better imagined. My natural instinct for peace automatically surfaced. I was going to make a decision which reflected my commitment to that ideal. This is the foundation of my essence. In my periodic projections into the future, I did not see how I would be presiding over any kind of chaos. I was prepared to promote the peace, unity and progress of Nigeria.

“This is a huge sacrifice, but I hope my readers believe me when I say it turned out to be one of the easiest decisions I ever took while in office. With my mind made up, I knew it was time to inject peace into the tensed polity, especially before INEC completed collation.

“I was in my living room with some ministers, aides and friends. Among them were the Coordinating Minister for the Economy/Honourable Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Bello Adoke, SAN, the Honourable Minister of Aviation, Mr. Osita Chidoka and Waripamowei Dudafa, my Senior Special Assistant on Domestic Affairs.

“They were recommending sundry alternatives, but I was quiet in the midst of their discussion. I hugged my thoughts, figuring out how to do that which was best for the country. My personal interest was receding rapidly and the interest of Nigeria looming large. I excused myself and left the sitting room. I walked into my study. Even here, my mantra was a strong circle around me, supporting and comforting me. Let the country survive. Let democracy survive. My political ambition is not worth people being ‘soaked in blood’.

“More reports flowed in and I could not wait anymore. The announcement of the final result could take issues out of all our hands. It was time for me to take action and bring peace to the nation. I felt I was destined by God at that point in time to inject the peace serum and douse the palpable tension in the country.

“I reached for the telephone and placed a call through the State House operators at about 4:45 pm. A peace I had never felt since my political sojourn, descended on me. It showed me where I had been in the past 16 years and where I was then. I smiled at the thought of what I was about to do. I waited calmly for the person at the other end of my call to answer.
Buhari: “Hello Your Excellency!”

Me: Your Excellency, how are you?”

Buhari: “I am alright, Your Excellency”

Me: “Congratulations!”

Buhari: “Thank you very much Your Excellency …”

“For several seconds the line was seized by the loudest silence I have ever known. Then we had a brief discussion. I could sense his relief too. He knew what could have been. Here is a man who had contested three times and lost. Maybe my gesture humbled him against his expectations because he thanked me and we talked about the handing over processes.

“Everywhere all over Africa, Asia and other parts of the world, countless deaths have been recorded on the scores of elections and power disputes. I mentioned Cote d’Ivoire earlier, where people died in their thousands during post-election violence. A similar scenario had unfolded in Kenya. African nations are more prone to post-election violence than other parts of the world. Only very few African nations have not experienced post-election violence on a very grand scale or some bitter power tussle fed by tribal or ethnic sentiments.

“I hung up the phone, confident that my decision was right for Nigeria and would probably have a great impact on Africa. This may well be the beginning of a new perspective to power; a perspective which places national interest above personal preference. It should not always be about winning.

“After my conversation with Muhammadu Buhari, which lifted my spirit greatly, I felt better and lighter; it was time to break the news to my Ministers and aides. I wandered back into the living room. These are people I came to know after a period of time. I anticipated what their response would be.

“In my new found calm, I stood before them and told them what I had just done. The elections were over. I had called and congratulated Muhammadu Buhari on his victory. It was time for all of us to move on. Stunned silence greeted the room for some time and after they overcame their shock, they all congratulated me.

“My Aviation Minister, Osita Chidoka, sought my permission to tweet my phone conversation with Muhammadu Buhari. I obliged and he did. The country was no longer waiting for the declaration of the election results. The nationwide tension automatically dissipated as though a red hot piece of iron had been dipped in a bowl of water.’’

One who see her would not recognized that it’s her because she had something that covered her face. “Put your hands on your head! The chief officer commanded pointing his gun at Amanda likewise every other officers. They handcuffed her and just as the wanted to proceed to the station using their car something caught their attention.
They looked at the plane that just arrived and there comes a beautiful and adorable melody accompanied with five security men who guarded her like a queen. She was dressed in a pair of black suits with a glass on her eyes. Her heels 👠 were making noise on the ground as she catwalked to take her already prepared car home.
The sight was just unbelievable to Amanda who stood there wondering whether he’s dreaming or is her ghost which got her confused because melody is dead and this is the six year she died and she was buried.
Some people who knew melody began running because that was the same clothe she wore in the coffin the day she was buried. It can’t be true, some police officers too were scared ready to take on their heels in case of any power exchange between the two of them.
Amanda eyes popped out of its socket as she kept staring at melody who arrived where she stood with her guards who followed her behind.
Some people began looking for sand to pour her so as to prove whether she’s a ghost. Her guards stepped forward to prevent them but melody signalled then to stepped out so as to tell them that she’s alive.

“Melody! Amanda yelled in shock and faint.

“Melody Armstrong is that you? Sir Edward the chief police officer nodded which she agrees to it.
Once again silence enveloped everywhere. Henry was on his way to the airport for a business seminar in China, he stepped out of his car with his briefcase heading to the queue but seeing the crowd of people who stood watching one person he wanted to stop and check what’s the problem but his mind kept telling him to move forward but he ignored his mind and went to the scene only to see the most shockest thing in his life. There stood melody well dress as he walked further to know whether he is not dreaming, seeing melody he was like seeing the resurrected Jesus.

“Melody! He shouted from where he stood and all attention drifted to where he stood wondering who he was but seeing that it’s Henry was cool.
Melody didn’t knew who called her because Henry has changed to the extent she can’t even recognized him anymore.
He walked further trying to touch melody but was stopped by her guards and melody did nothing still Amanda was unconscious.
“You were dead how come you are here? Henry asked looking surprised as melody recalled how it happened and the good Samaritan that sacrificed herself for her as fresh tears drop from her eyes.

#Flashback#

Her driver didn’t want to stop but she asked him to stop which he finally did, she was wondering the person that asked her to stop when suddenly another melody appeared before her. She had her face and everything about her was just the same, melody gasp wondering whether she had a twin sister around somewhere and her parents does not tell her.
The lady that stood before her entered the car and closed the door panting heavily.

“Melody someone is after you to kill you so as for you not to make it to Europe ” the girl who looked like melody said

“Who are you? Melody asked

“No time for questions, I’m just here to help you escape. You will know me soon” she said and melody was frightened

“Amanda wants you dead, I was in her team before not now anymore. Your pains and suffering really touched my heart and that’s why I’m here to help you survive this. Now go don’t ask too many question” she said.

“How did you get my face on? She asked

“No time to waste, remember they are still following you and if you delay they will find you and kill you ” she said and took off the fake face showing melody her real face. Behold it was Amanda best friend in school Praise who happens to help her and melody didn’t know why she did that for her, she hug her real tide and left the car. She entered the car praise came with while praise took her own car so as to confuse Amanda’s team.
They zoom off instantly, seeing melodys car Amanda overtake it and his men stepped down and shot the girl and the driver thinking that it’s melody because she had her face on not knowing that it’s praise they shot not melody as the real melody escaped. So that was praise they buried with Melody’s face onn not the real melody.

#Reality

Amanda was taken to the police station to be retained while melody and Henry left with her escorts who followed her behind to their house for her to show herself to her parents.
On getting there, the same scene that took place in the airport happened as people too were shocked while others ran for their dear lives thinking that it’s a ghost but after the explanation melody gave to everyone on how she survived they believed that it’s her not her ghost. Oh what a great joy that filled people’s heart that instant as they all knew that “the poor girl ” is alive not dead.

The day was so bright as usual, Henry placed a call through to melody requesting her presence which she promised him that she will be there when she’s done in the office.
Henry couldn’t wait to see melody so as to do what was in his mind.
It was later in the evening the melody arrived Henry’s house with her guard who followed her behind to ensure her safety as instructed by the government.

“We need to hang out dear “Henry said

“To where? She asked

“Just follow me first and stop asking questions ” he said and dragged melody by the hand and they zoom off using Henry’s car while her security used melodys car. The music that was playing inside car added to the romantic surprise that Henry had for her, on getting to where he wanted to go. He matched the break and they both alighted the car walking further and that was when she noticed that they were at the beach, melody was somehow wondering what could be the cause of her being there with Henry. People were there too but none care to look at them nor behave as if someone just arrived. Henry walked holding hands with melody walking further to the water side that was overflowing it’s bank.
Melody followed him like a goat that couldn’t talk nor say anything. Henry walked and stopped walking turning back to look deep into melodys eyes to see the love in them, he was ready to spend the rest of his life with melody. Before melody knew what was happening Henry has already got on his knees dipping his hand in his trouser pocket bringing out a shinning ring 💍 thus making Melody gasp for air to breath.

“Please Melody Armstrong I’ve waited for this day to come and here it is. Will you marry me? Melody looked around to see all those that stood as if they knew nothing with different signs and symbols with the inscription that says “Henry loves you “. She looked back to the river and saw a well decorated boat with the same inscription “Henry loves you “. She also looked at the trees and saw the boldly written letters “Melody I love you ” melody couldn’t just control her happiness that finally she’s going to spend the rest of her life with someone she loves, but she later changed her face expression to am angry one.

“Please melody reply me, will you marry me? Henry asked still kneeling down and melody turned and back him so as not to look into his eyes.

” No Henry, I’m sorry I can’t marry you ” she replied and a sharp pain crossed Henry’s heart because he was not expecting anything like such from her because he knew that she loves him too. Everyone were disappointed too with Melody’s response.
“Melody why can’t you marry me? He asked feeling his heart beeping to explore Amy moment from now.
“I’m afraid Henry, you will dump me at last ” she said backing him.

“Who told you that? I’m ready to settle with you and you alone ” he said praying that she agrees to it.

“I want to spend the rest of my life with you Henry, not to just marry you. I want to be with you till the end, and that’s where you made the mistake by asking me to just marry you ” Melody replied and Henry chuckled knowing what she’s referring to and finally set his knees on the ground again.

“Please melody will you spend the rest of your life with me? He asked with the 💍 ring in his hand.

“Yes Henry I will. I will spend the rest of my life with you “she replied and Henry slipped the ring into her finger hugging her with she felt warm and people were all shouting and cheering the latest couple 👫 in town.

➡💫✅✔️✅✔️✅✔️✅✔️

The cool breeze that blew at that moment was a pleasant one as melody and Henry matched into the church auditorium according to the rhythmic music from the keyboard 🎹. Melody was dressed in a long white wedding gown while Henry was dressed in a pair of sky blue suit all of them being followed by their followers. They matched into the church and took their place settling down right before the church, smiles didn’t depart from melodys lips as she kept smiling every now and then.
The church was filled with people both inside and outside the church, top government officials, business men and lots of people both known and unknown who was there to witness the wedding of the poor girl and to congratulate for her success and victory.

The priest finally came with his Bible asking them to exchange the marital vows which they did to each other in turns.

“You may now kiss your bride 👰 “the priest announced after everything, Henry gently unveil Melody’s face which melody was shy that he will kiss’s her in the public which some people noticed that and laughed at her. Henry placed a soft kiss on her lips which due to the feelings she reciprocated to the kiss forgetting that they were in church until the priest step forward and remind them before the quit and start signing the marriage register. They day was a memorial one to melody and her household even Henry too who didn’t believe that he has finally gotten married to melody whom he thought sometimes ago that she was dead.
Amanda stayed in the prison and heard about Melody’s wedding all she could do that moment was to shed tears, remembering how she made the poor girl suffer and finally she’s more better than her.
Time was against her as she thought about her ten years in prison and when she will be free for her to apologize to melody for all her wrong doings but ten years was not coming as she expected.

💐💎 HONEY MOON🌙 💐💎

The house was so cold for the new wedded couple 👫 as Henry sat on bed thinking of the possible way to start to make thing happened that night because he was a learner in the field likewise Melody too.
He was lost in thought when melody tapped her covering herself with the duvet after taking her bath 🛀.

“Honey what’s bothering you? She asked with the ring glittering

“Nothing baby I’m fine ” he replied

Melody too was expecting him to do something or say something but he didn’t, the room was becoming boring to her when she saw Henry holding his stomach shouting as someone who is suffering from food poison, melody rushed to him feeling scared to loose him so soon wondering what’s happening.

“What’s it honey ” she asked Henry who was still shouting holding his stomach

“My stomach is paining me ooo, I don’t know what’s wrong and the light is adding more salt to it ” he complained bitterly.

“You mean I should first off the lights? She asked and Henry nodded smiling that his plan is working out perfectly. Melody stood up and off the light, returning to bed she didn’t find Henry again. She became afraid instantly and shouting Henry’s name who was hiding under the bed, threatening him that she will on the light again if he doesn’t come out. Henry jumped out of his hiding place and pounce on her like an hungry lion who is ready to finish it’s prey.
He took off his singlets and help melody did same as he was on top kissing melody hotly like never before, she reciprocated to every touch Henry’s giving her thus making Henry to know that he is doing the work perfectly well enough. The tense was just too much for them, as Henry finally took off his clothes now on top of her naked, melody was already wet deep down getting ready for Henry to do what he suppose to do when suddenly she felt Henry’s dick inside of her as she let out a loud scream that echoed the house holding the bed sheets so tight as blood covered the bed sheet.
Henry was surprised that melody was still a virgin since childhood till then which was not easy to find such a lady but here’s is Melody right before him a virgin as he is the only one to defile Melody’s virginity.

Surely it was a great day and memorable day for the both 💏 lover.

Melody’s dream finally came to pass and all her struggle in education landed her well, but for Amanda she will pay the price of wickedness.

STORY

MARRIED TO THE DEVIL’S SON 1

STORY

My husband betrayed me, that, I was given to a strange man for one nightstand in exchange for saving his business…

———————————————————————————————————-

Chapter 1 Please be with a man

I never thought my husband, Jerry, would get down on his knees in front of me and beg me to be with another man for a night.

It was my birthday and Jerry came home early.

I went up to take his jacket, but Jerry suddenly took my hand and said, “Nance, will you do me a favor?”

I froze, smiled faintly, and said, “I’m afraid I can’t help you. I have become incapable of staying at home these past few years.

“No, you can, only you can.” Jerry said quickly, “My company is in trouble. You have to help me.”

I looked at him, puzzled, “What do you want me to help you with?”

“Please be with a man for one night. Just one night.” Jerry’s words shocked me.

I didn’t expect him to say something like that.

“Why would I agree to do that?” I pulled my hand out of his, turned my back on him, and questioned him coldly, “Jerry, I’m your wife, how could you let me do this?”

“You also know I have sexual dysfunction. We haven’t had sex since we got married. But you have to understand me. The company is the only property of the Lu family. I can’t let it go bankrupt.” Jerry took my hand and dropped to his knees again.

I turned to look at him incredulously and slapped him hard. He dropped to his knees without pride.

When I saw the tears in his eyes, my heart, which had been so determined, softened.

I had been married to him for three years, but we had never had sex. In these three years, he had been very good to me and to my family.

When I saw him abandon his dignity and kneel in front of me, my heart ached, so I finally nodded reluctantly.

It was pathetic that on my birthday Jerry let me sleep with another man as if I were a gift.

Jerry happily stood up and put the hotel room card on my hand. I looked at the groom card in silence, squeezing it hard in my hand.

“Thank you for helping me this time.” said Jerry.

I faintly wipe away my tears then push him away. Only Jerry, the idiot, would let his wife sleep with someone else.

Then he drove me to the hotel. When I got out of the car, I checked my phone and found it was now 10:30 pm.

“Don’t let me down.” said he.

I was silent and didn’t look at him.

Then he drove away. I watched his car plaintively, feeling sad for a long time.

I was on my heels, wearing a long purple dress with the amethyst necklace on my neck. It made me look even more attractive, but I wasn’t happy at all.

“Do I really have to sleep with a strange man? Maybe I will lose my dignity completely.” I hesitated.

As the elevator doors opened, I looked at the yellowish light, but I never wanted to walk out of the elevator.

I finally convinced myself to be with that man for Jerry. He hadn’t done his duty as a husband all these years, but he’d been good to my family. I couldn’t stand by and watch his company go bankrupt and not help him.

I found the room and opened the door. It was dark and I was going to turn on the light as soon as I entered.

“Don’t turn on the lights.” A voice rang out. I froze and the door closed automatically. The room was dark. I couldn’t see the man’s face in the darkness.

“Who are you?” I asked fearfully.

“Keep silent, and stand where you are.” That voice sounded again. The room was extremely hot and stuffy from the lack of air conditioning.

Suddenly, my hand was pulled into the arms of a man. I panicked and tried to push him away, but he held me very tightly. He forced me into a corner, and then his hand stroked down my cheek to my collarbone.

“Please don’t touch me.” I shuddered and said.

“You didn’t know what to do before you came here.” The man whispered in my ear in the darkness.

I closed my eyes in silence, humiliated. Tears streamed down my cheeks. Before I could react, his cold lips kissed my lips quickly.

“You can still leave here if you regret it now.” his kiss stopped at my ear and whispered.

I shook my head and said with a choke in my voice, “I can’t leave.”

“That’s good.” he said immediately. Then he pulled my dress off gently.

His hands touched my breasts tenderly, his hot lips kissing my neck. Suddenly, he lifted me across his arms. I shrieked and clung to him unconsciously.

I’d never experienced anything like this before, so I was a little panicked. He placed me on the bed and then his hot body was on top of me.

Suddenly, my legs were spread apart, then something hot went against my lower part of the body, and I subconsciously held him tight.

Then he put his…. into my vagina.

*POSITIVE THINGS RESTRUCTURING NIGERIA WILL BRING! – FOREIGN DIPLOMAT REVEALS*

If Nigeria is restructured into provinces –
1) Northern Province
2) Middle Belt Province
3) Oduduwa Province
4) Eastern Province
5) Niger Delta Province (Atlantic)
Then Central Government at FCT.

10 positive things that would happen within 5 years
(primarily due to inter-province competition)

1. The first province to experience economic explosion would obviously be the Western Province. The Oduduwua Master plan will be revealed. There would be trans-regional 4g internet fiber connection/rail/subways/highways/power grids etc. Yoruba will become the 2nd official language. They are relatively united. They have oil. They own academia. They have mega corporations. The WP would be the first to have stable 24/7 power supply! Foreign money will flood the province. More Forbes recognized billionaires will arise. Some of them will be internet billionaires. Lagos will be relieved a little from overpopulation as railway lines from other states will make living elsewhere and working in Lagos a breeze.

2. The Northern Province will have stronger islamic laws. Sharia will be entrenched and this will make the NP become the least corrupt province. The middle east (Arab) nations will move in to partner with them, bringing major development. Jaiz bank and Unity Bank will become mega banks. Arabic and Hausa will compete with English for dominance in schools. This province will generate more solar power than any other province. After the west, this province will be the 2nd to have 24/7 electricity. They will start exporting food as a major revenue generator.

3. The Middle Belt Province will have a development conference. Focus will be given to solid minerals development/
exports, tourism development and food production/exports. This will become a food hub in West Africa. They will export more food than any other province. Mega mining and food corporations will arise. This province will have foreign inflows through tourism development greater than any other province. It will host the most beautiful places to live in Nigeria.

4. The Eastern Province will transform into the Auto Industry Hub of Africa. Indigenous manufacturing of vehicles that will start competing with foreign vehicles will commence in earnest. This will grow to manufacturing of airplanes, helicopters, tractors, cranes, heavy duty construction equipment etc. Forbes recognised billionaires living in Anambra will arise. The Biafra agitation will fizzle out since formation of the EP will be seen as a Biafra success in another form. There would be so much development that villages (as we currently know them) will quickly cease to exist. This province will be the first to semi-urbanize all their rural areas as all the Igbos living abroad will rush back to take advantage of the changes.

5. The Atlantic Province will take the Uyo blueprint and run with it. An abundance of oil wealth and opening up of major sea ports at Rivers and Uyo will enable this region to revamp their infrastructure quickly. There will be more monorails here than anywhere else. This will be the 3rd province to achieve 24/7 electricity generation in Nigeria (mainly from gas turbine technology).

6. With provincial indigenous security forces in control, kidnapping, Armed robbery, Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen and the Niger delta militancy attacks will all fizzle out. Nigeria will become the most secure and peaceful African nation; thus attracting more foreigners.

7. Each Province will have their own airline professionally managed. And with better roads/rail, air and land transport costs will crash.

8. With the rapid development occurring all over, Nigerias GDP will shoot up. Obtaining visas to travel out will become easy as more people will want to come in than go out. A worldwide immigration into Nigeria will commence, as Nigerians living abroad will be struggling with foreigners to enter the country. ”Nigeria will become the most desirable Nation to live in”.

9. The central government at the FCT will become smaller and less powerful. There will be a mini-exodus from Abuja to the provinces as the action is now elsewhere. The outskirts of Abuja will no longer be heavily overpopulated. Abuja will become awesome again.

10. The 10th positive thing that would quickly happen positive idea.

Pls share for the sensitization of the benefits of Restructuring.

Nigeria must flourish again.🇳🇬

THE NORTH CANNOT SPEAK FOR SOUTH-SOUTH, HE WHO COMES TO EQUITY MUST COME WITH CLEAN HANDS:

Donald Ekpo replies Alhaji Sagir

RE: BIAFRA IS A PLOT BY IGBO TO COLONISE SOUTH SOUTH – Alhaji Sagir Ringim

Sir, I want to thank you for your concern about the welfare of the people of the South South by exposing the plans of the Igbos to recolonize the region. But I am worried about the sincerity of these your concerns. Because of these worries, let us dissect and carefully assess your statements of fear and concerns in four (4) segments, so as not to repeat the mistakes of 1964, 1966 and 1967-1970s till date. In your carefully written letter or chat with the Journalists as reported in the national dallies yesterday, you clearly stated that the Igbos want to;

(1). SEIZE THE ECONOMIC PROSPECTS OF THE MINORITY ETHNIC NATIONALITY OF THE OIL RICH REGION.

Alhaji Ringim, may I remind you that the economic prospects of the South South is currently being seized and controlled by your people of the Northern protectorate of Nigeria. Does that in anyway mean that you agree that your people have colonized my region? Are you also aware that even the oil wells in Abia State, Imo State and Anambra state and recently Enugu State (Igbo land) is being owned by your people in the Northern Protectorate? Are you aware that we in the oil rich region (South South) do not have control over our wealth, and its fortunes are determined by your people? Are you also aware that after sharing the proceeds of oil between your protégés in Shell, Mobil, Agip and Chevron, the left over is given to 44 local government of your state Kano, and only 8 Local government of Bayelsa? How more criminal could that be?

Do you know that even when the Natural Gas from my State Akwa Ibom is used to generate power from my state owned Power Station, that the fraud of a constitution you fostered on my people does not allow me to use same electricity in my state or region, but I am forced to load it into the National grid that sends same power to your home in Kano State? Have you seen how the United Nigeria is enslaving me? Are you aware that the fraud of your constitution took away the economic prospects of my region by empowering only the Federal government to build roads that your people from the Northern protectorate never built in my state for over 40 years until the coming of our own Son Goodluck Jonathan, when he allowed state governments to tamper with Federal Roads, yet you were busy building all the so called federal roads in your region.

That your fraud of a constitution imposed on us by you and your allies in the southwest took away the power from us to develop on the economic prospects of the region thereby taking away our rights to economic progress for over 50 years. And here you are sir getting worried of what the Igbos will do to my people. Sir, have you been ever worried about what your people have done to my people? How many of my people have you killed in your region? Please tell me the number of my people slaughtered by the Igbos in their land that is enough for me to be weary of them. Remember that these are my neighbors that lived peacefully with us for centuries, shared cultures, intermarried and even celebrated common cultural events before you came with your successful propagandas that deceived our fathers?

(2). COLONISE THE SOUTH SOUTH, CAPTURE THE REGION, COLONISE THE OIL FIELD FOR BETTERMENT OF THE IGBOS.

Alhaji Sagir Ringim may I remind you that the Igbos are not the colonist as you have insinuated here, but you and your people in the northern protectorate. They have so far not shown the threat to colonize as when compared to your people. It is your people that used the oil from our region to better the livelihood of your people and that of your few allies in the Southwest. It is you that is synonymous with the word “CAPTURE”. It is your people that kill non-indigenes in your region to take-over their property. Alhaji Sagir Ringim, just in case you think this generation is as vulnerable are our grandfathers and fathers you deceived by your propaganda. You were able to make them see the Igbos as their enemies in the 60s. Please note that this is the 21st century of 2020.

We are aware of these same lies you told our grandfathers and fathers in the early 60s. We are aware that after lying to them that they were different from the Igbos, you still went ahead and killed them in the name of killing the Igbos. We are aware of the devilish, malicious and infernal act you used one of your willing protégés General Gowon to do when you suddenly created the South East State (Today’s Cross River/Akwa Ibom State), Rivers State (Today’s Rivers and Bayelsa state) just to devise the divide-and-rule policy that was advise by the evil British woman just to break the unity of the region.

We know that is was also based on Awolowo’s advise that certain parts of Igbo were sliced off, and added into the new states you created so as to weaken any form of unity that could hold. We have also read from a list of newspaper publications from the New York Post of the 60s as compiled by the LOWER NIGER CONGRESS on all the atrocities you committed against the people of the region before your final propaganda to separate them by these hypocritical lies. And we promise you that even though you used your fraud of a constitution to discourage the study of Nigerian History of the said period in Nigerian Schools, we will do well to expose this events in a carefully Chronicled format for every child/youth of this generation to know the truth. How dare you assume that even in the retard state of your protectorate, that you can conveniently influence the minds of the learned region in this millennium?

(3). BIAFRA IS LANDLOCKED AND WASN’T BLESSED WITH SOLID MATERIALS APART FROM COAL, ADDED THAT THE GEOLOGY OF THE ENCLAVE CAN’T SUPPORT AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY.

Alhaji Sagir Ringim, if these are your fears about the existence of Biafra, first of all, are you revealing the fears of your region, the Northern protectorate of the 12 Sharia states or the entire protectorate? You do not have any mineral resources and you are landlocked. Are you telling me you and your people have been so worried of surviving alone hence your insistence of a non-functional ONE NIGERIA PROJECT? Let me explain this to you Sir;

The Igbos you are taking about do not just have a large reservoir of Coal in Enugu that can last for another century knowing that Coal is presently running major economies in Europe, South America and South Africa, the region also has a large reserve of Oil and gas in Abia and Imo state. Oil exploration in Anambra state has also commence and will soon commence in Enugu State. Can you see that your propagandas won’t work as it did in the 60s?

Apart from the fact that your people maliciously separated the Igbos from their original race to Delta, Rivers and Akwa Ibom states, we at the LOWER NIGER CONGRESS have taken it upon ourselves to expose the malicious schemes of lies you used to separate our region. Your protégé General Buhari made it easier for us on National Television when his hatred for the people overwhelmed his ability to continue in the cover of your propaganda. He acknowledged the fact that we were all the same people. That notwithstanding, in a matter time, your lies and propaganda will hit the broken bridges of discontinuity. How dare you generate fears that do not exist for your selfish interest? You must have been thinking how successful your deceitful and hypocritical lies would go in rejuvenating the lies of the 60s.

(4). BECAUSE OF THESE NATURAL SHORTCOMINGS, IGBOS SURVIVED AS A DIASPORA RACE THAN ANY DOMINANT GROUP IN NIGERIA. THE ECONOMIC PROWESS OF THE IGBOS IS DOMICILED OUTSIDE BIAFRA.

Alhaji Sagir Ringim, this is the most absurd and ridiculous of all your concerns as expressed by your expression of love towards my people in the Niger Delta region. Industrialist do not just sit and lazy about as expected by you. And these were one of the fears and concerned expressed by your late Sultan in a video we managed to see where he was worried about the Igbos in the north. Alhaji, are you aware that your successful brother, Dangote; one of the richest man in Africa, has his economic wealth spread and domiciled outside the Northern region? Or are you in anyway saying that because people expand, explore greener areas, that means such an individual has no space in his home? Your points are a bit too ridiculous to have considered as your reasons for granting this interview.

Having segmented your major reasons for advising my region to be weary of our Igbo brothers as those that intend to recolonize my people, I stand bold to say that you and your kinsmen are guilty of all your worries. It is also a cause for concern that you and your allies have suddenly decided to worry about the Niger Delta region. When did you love the region this much?

1. Are you not the same people that classify us all as Igbos during your killing and butchering spree and largess in the north?

2. How come you are bothered that the people you classify as one when butchering, are two different people when it comes to owners of wealth?

3. If you could desecrate our land as if we do not exist, come in and take away our oil wells as though it belongs to you?

4. Announce on National Television that the Oil in Bayelsa belongs to you in Kano and Jagawa?

5. Kill us at will if your religion is disrespected in faraway Norway?

6. Determine for us when and how our roads are built and how we use power generated from our resources?

7. Swore over your graves that our our kinsman cannot be President or else you make the country ungovernable of which you did?

Yet you have the guts to tell us to be weary of those that have not in any way attempted to take anything from us by force. I truly hope you realize that this is 2020 and not 1964.

It is best to inform you and all those that have decided to cry more than the bereaved that we are aware that these are the same propaganda you used to separate us, then forced us to continue in this unholy Union. That was a very unfortunate thing to have happened that kept us in this bondage.

Fortunately for us, the UNITED NATION CHARTER ON THE RIGHTS OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE is a tool you cannot do anything about. THE LOWER NIGER CONGRESS has taken advantage of these rights and it is set to call for a referendum. Quit crying on our behalf, we are presently studying the Constitution of which the Region will be built upon and so far, it can never be an evil as the Forced Marriage called Nigeria.

Thank you for your concerns Alhaji and co.”

WHAT HAPPENED ON TUESDAY NIGHT SHOULD MAKE US WISER!

The President threat or speech yesterday broke us but thought us many hard lessons.

Myself and so many others couldn’t sleep last night… We were broken!!!!!!

We protested for 12 days without vandalisation
12 days of rejecting bribe,
12 days of caring and looking out for each other.
12 days of giving free medical care and legal services,

Brands, both national and international Celebrities, Churches all protested… influencial people were lobbied to add their voice…

At the protest grounds, the Christians gave room for the Muslims to have their Jumat prayers

The Christians had their service on Sunday…

There was a candlelight service held all over the nation for fallen heroes,
Youths despite the hard economy spent their personal money cooking for each other.

No one knew who was a Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa, or Edo… We ate together and danced together.

For 12 days, These were organised without a formal leader with just social media tweets, retweets, post, shares with a harshtag.

For 12 days we built the Nigeria of our dreams…

And built their nightmare… And they got scared.

They know if we’re united we would have one voice,
If we have one voice, we have power.
And if we have that power… WE WOULD DEMAND A BETTER NIGERIA.

If we’re united and not fighting how would they budget money for security to calm insurgency?
How will they create religious fights and make money?

So they sponsored hoodlums to disrupt the protest… But we overpowered these hoodlums by getting our own private securities and security dogs to protest grounds.

When the military who were ordered by “Powers beyond their control” to shoot,

When the guns were fired,

They didn’t care who was a Muslim or Christian,
They didn’t care who was Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Calabar or Urhobo.

They killed unarmed people sitting down and singing the anthem.

But when they want to instigate tribal wars and religious unrest, they remind you of your tribe and religion,

When they want to make use of you for their selfish gain, they tell you to unite and take side with “your people” they remind you that you should be one.

Do you all remembered how President Buhari contested for presidency up to 5 times?

He cried on National TV when the chibok girls were kidnapped,

He promised us heaven and earth.

He campaigned rigorously,

He protested against the then government.

He was voted in thinking he would bring change he promised… What did we get in return?

We were handled with “iron fist”

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE STATE OF THIS NATION!

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF THE CITIZENS!

They do not care about the state of our hospitals because they get medical attention abroad,
They do not care about our educational system because their kids schools abroad,
They do not care about electricity because they live in choices area with constant electricity,
They travel with securities so have no idea how our roads are.

They only need us to win elections… And after then they can send the military to silent us if we remind them of their promises or demand for our rights.

We didn’t loose this fight. That speech yesterday was a speech of threat and you only threaten those you are scared of to keep them in line! 😂

They are scared of us
They saw how we mobilised ourselves without a leader,
They saw how we over powered thugs with our numbers,
They saw how organised and cooperated we were…. It gave then the chills mehn 😂😂😂

WE DIDN’T LOOSE THIS FIGHT

Our parents failed because they do not have enough evidence against the leaders, but we the pressing phone generation have enough evidence to remind them of how evil, wicked and clueless they are.

Our parents failed because they had less information.

But we have a lot of information at our finger tips.

We didn’t loose this fight…

We’re now Aware,
Awake,
and Alert.

We know what we’re up against and we’re ready.

I am ready!

1. Get devices that can record conversation and take photos. Imagine if DJ Switch didn’t go live on instagram…

2. Any friend you meet add them to your social media handle, when you’re in the midst of people mostly youths, engage them in meaningful conversation… Do not engage in tribal sentiments… Most youths are not informed… If they have the information some of us have they would not have hijacked the protest, they would not be used as thugs.

3. Get your Voters card… Get your PVC If you have any political ambition start grooming yourself, we do not want to elect those with the mindset of the present leaders we have.

4. Do not give up. DO. NOT. GIVE. UP

5. Please I beg you in the name of Jesus, Allah, Sango, Orisala, Amadioha and everything worshipable under the sun… Do not let them sell tribal or religious sentiments to you.

A Yoruba man, Igbo man and Hausa man is your brother,

An Igbo woman, Hausa woman and Yoruba woman is your sister.

Remember the good times we shared at various protest grounds irrespective of tribes and religion and let Nigeria come first in your heart!

We’re young,
We are strong,
We are smart,
We are 20 steps ahead of them.

We’re their nemesis
The wrong generation to mess with.

We just need to re-strategize.

Come 2023
No PDP
No APC
No recycling of Past or Present leaders.

Together shall save Nigeria and make it great again.

*LASG URGES LAGOSIANS TO DISREGARD ETHNIC, RELIGIOUS JINGOISTS*

The attention of the Lagos State Government has been drawn to videos in social media and the online space, creating tension and encouraging ethnic conflicts.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has urged Lagosians to disregard the videos, which are the tools of anarchists, whose plan is to create hatred and divisiveness for which Lagos is not known.

Inciting videos of this nature are not what our land needs now, following the loss of lives and destruction that fake news, misinformation and unfounded rumours have triggered in our dear State in the last couple of days.

The government appeals to Lagosians to disregard the calls of ethnic and religious jingoists as well as agents of destruction who are on a mission to destroy our State by pitching us against one another for yet to be ascertained reasons.

This is a very critical moment for us as a people. It is, therefore, important that we stand together and remain circumspect because the brewery of falsehood is unrelenting in its mission.

Lagos State is the melting point of various cultures, tribes and religions across Nigeria. We have co-existed harmoniously for ages and will continue to live together peacefully.

The sad incident of the past few days affected everyone who lives, trades or works in Lagos, regardless of their tribe, culture, race and religion. This is a time for us to empathise with one another and not listen to purveyors of evil messages, especially on social media.

The government will continue to protect lives and property. Fake news and inciting message merchants are hereby warned to stop their evil enterprise or face the legal consequences of their destructive actions. Our dear State will go through this with the resilience for which we are known and come out stronger.

*PRESS STATEMENT*

*Multiple Attacks on Lagos by Military Forces, Declaration of War against Yoruba Land, it’s time to renegotiate the existence of Nigeria – YWC Leader, Banji Akintoye*

*Calls on UN, EU, AU, US, UK, Commonwealth, others to come forward to be part of renegotiation of 1914 almagamation*

*Says “Buhari’s silence on Lekki shootings, casualties, an evidence that attacks were well-coordinated by external forces to bring down Yoruba Nation”*

*Friday 23rd, October, 2020*

Like concerned fathers would do in a period of trouble, eminent Yoruba Leaders of thought have described the Tuesday 20th October shooting at unarmed protesters at Lekki, Lagos by forces in Military uniform as a declaration of war against the Yoruba people of Nigeria.

The leaders, who spoke under the platform of Yoruba World Congress (YWC), said the wanton destruction of properties and monuments across Yoruba Land in the last 48hours without any form of resistance from security agencies is an evidence that the almagamation of 1914 between the South and the North has already expired, saying “it is time to renegotiate the existence of the country”.

In a statement made available to newsmen after a virtual emergency meeting of the organisation held on Friday morning and signed by the President-General of the group, Emeritus President Banji Akintoye, YWC called on the international communities, especially, the British and American Governments, United Nations, European Union, African Union and the Commonwealth of Nations to, as a matter of urgency, come forward to be part of the renegotiation team to discuss the existence of Nigeria, stressing that the reality on ground does not indicate that restructuring can still save Nigeria from extinction.

The statement read in parts: “President Buhari addressed Nigerians on the serious crisis now confronting Nigeria, the crisis which started with peaceful protests by Nigerian Youths but which suddenly grew into wide spread violence in Lagos State, in some other parts of the Yoruba South West and other parts of Nigeria, and which the international Press has been valuably reporting on.

“President Buhari’s address sounded like a reluctant address crafted to touch mostly on inconsequentials and to avoid the most compelling aspects of the crisis. To the surprise of all Nigerians and the whole world, President Buhari did not acknowledge that the Youth’s protest started peacefully and remained commendably peaceful until the protesters were shot at in Lekki, Lagos.

“The whole world had watched as the youthful protesters conducted themselves in an orderly manner, and even as they cleaned up the trash that was generated by them in the streets. Most Nigerians accept that the demands being made by the protesting Youths were reasonable and justified in the interest of Nigeria.

“We are all witnesses to the fact that in admiration for all these, Nigerian citizens and even non Nigerians from abroad rushed food, drinks, and money to the protesters in the streets. We are all witnesses to the fact that the Youths were sitting, holding small Nigerian flags and singing the Nigerian national anthem at the Lekki Toll gate when some troops dressed in Nigerian Uniforms suddenly began to shoot at them.

“We all saw on the video the deaths and injuries that the shootings caused and we are shocked that President Buhari did not say anything about the shooting at the peaceful and unarmed protesters. He did not say anything about the killing and wounding of the Youths. He did not express any concern or sympathy with the victims, their parents and relations.

“President Buhari also said nothing about the very troubling questions that have grown around the Lekki shootings. The Lagos State Governor, who is the Chief Security Officer of Lagos State, has said that the shooting was done by forces beyond his control. The Commanding Officer of the Nigerian Army in the Lagos Area has denied authorizing the shooting. The Nigerian Army has also denied ownership of the whole action. Many troubling questions have now arisen. Who authorized the shootings? What are the true identities of the shooters who were clothed in the Nigerian Army Uniforms?

“President Buhari also said nothing about another very troubling fact. There was manifestly present, during the Youth’s peaceful protests, an effort by some persons to infiltrate bands of thugs and hoodlums into the peacrful protests, obviously for the purpose of disrupting and discrediting the peaceful process, and thereby manufacturing an excuse for a repressive governmental clampdown on peaceful protesters.

“In some places, especially reported/alleged to be in Abuja, publicly owned vehicles were seen again and again on video worldwide bringing the thugs and hoodlums to the scenes of peaceful protests. We Nigerian citizens, Nigerians in Diaspora worldwide and the whole civilized world, want an explanation of this feature of the on going Nigerian crisis.

“Inevitably, we Nigerians are asking many troubling questions. Does there exist in this country a secret paramilitary force that has access to Nigerian Army Uniforms and that can be employed by its owners against targets in the Nigerian population? Is there a group of people in this country that have a special agenda of their own and who are employing the authority and resources of the Nigerian State to implement their agenda?

“Troubled by these and allied questions, most Nigerians are now coming to various conclusions and demands. We, Yoruba, of the Nigerian South West, a Nation of 55million people in Nigeria, now demand that in order to achieve a peaceful resolution of the the convoluted Nigerian problems and the widely devastating insecurity in Nigeria, Nigeria should embark on serious negotiations over the whole Nigerian situation.

“We demand a negotiating table at which the representatives of the various nationalities of Nigeria will come face to face to negotiate. We are not demanding restructuring, we are demanding negotiation by the nationalities, the owners of the various ancestral homelands that constitute Nigeria. Nothing less than that can now adequately address the catastrophic situation into which Nigeria has now sunk.

“Alternatively or in addition, and in order to prevent further violence, bloodshed and destruction in our Western region, the region that is responsible for most of the industrial, commercial and professional productivity in Nigeria, we call for face-to- face negotiation between the leaders of our Yoruba nation and President Buhari as the head of the Nigerian Federal Government, in order to immediately stop further violence and bloodshed in our region and in the rest of Nigeria.

“With all sense of responsibility, we call upon the United Nations and significant agencies and factors of the International communities, and on all the most powerful countries of the world, to step forward now to support our demand for negotiation, and exercise the needed influence to make the negotiation happen. We ask the world to remember that in the background to the present crisis in Nigeria is the situation whereby, in the past 5 years, one of the nationalities in Nigeria has incessantly proclaimed it’s agenda of using violence to subdue other nationalities, to seize the lands of other nationalities, to banish some nationalities from their homelands and to invite their own non Nigerian kinsmen to come and occupy the land.

“We ask the world to remember that this nationality positioning themselves as conquerors have been killing, maiming, raping, kidnapping and destroying in most parts of Nigeria in pursuit of their proclaimed agenda.

“We ask the the world to remember that in the throes of the consequent insecurity, Nigeria has plunged frighteningly into poverty, deprivation, and horrific human suffering.

“We ask the human race to respond expeditiously to the Nigerian situation in the exercise of its responsibility to protect vulnerable and threatened people and peoples by acting upon our call for peaceful and responsible negotiation now”, the statement concluded.

Press Statement

EndSARS: Buhari’s Address Disconnected, Failed Empathy Test – PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described the long-awaited address by President Muhammadu Buhari on the protests rocking the nation, as disappointing and completely disconnected from the realities of the tragic occurrences in our country in the last two weeks.

The party however appeals to Nigerians, particularly the youth, to remain calm and allow a return to normal life in the collective quest for peaceful co-existence in the overall interest of our nation.

Mr. President’s address, in the face of the turmoil witnessed, the unrests as well as the killing of young Nigerians, is to say the least, depressing and failing in empathy test.

Our party and, indeed, all lovers of peace in our country, were shocked that Mr. President glossed over the immediate trigger of violent protests – the widely condemned killing at the Lekki Toll Gate by security operatives, a situation which created a global concern and drew the attention of the world to the abuse of human rights going on in our country under his watch.

Painfully too, Mr. President, as the Commander-in-Chief, was silent on the demand by Nigerians for enquires into the involvement of the military in the gruesome killing.

Sadly, the long awaited address failed to inspire any hope. It failed to address the trepidations, the pervading hopelessness, the drifting towards anarchy and provided no concrete steps on how to arrest the situation and rein in bandits, hoodlums and vandals that were let loose to unleash violence on peaceful protesters and innocent Nigerians.

In short, from the letters of the address, there were no correlations between the fundamentals of the crisis situation that we have witnessed and the long-sought reaction of Mr President.

Furthermore, Nigerians had expected that Mr. President will provide the lead for the much- needed overhauling of our security architecture to meet the demands of professionalism and respect for rules of engagement.

Mr. President also failed to use the opportunity to further heal wounds and inspire hope by outlining a roadmap to open up the economy in a manner that will enable our teeming hard working youths to pursue their productive goals as well as address the issue of pervading hunger in the land.

However, in solidarity with Nigerians and in honour to the victims of Lekki Toll Gate killing, our party has directed that our flags in all our offices across the nation be flown at half-mast for a period of one week, beginning from Friday, October 23, 2020.

The PDP urges all men and women of good faith to join forces in praying for our country as well as working towards solutions and peaceful resolution of the crisis that seeks to envelope our dear nation.

ADDRESS TO THE NATION BY HIS EXCELLENCY, MUHAMMADU BUHARI, PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA ON THE ENDSARS PROTESTS, 22ND OCTOBER, 2020

Fellow Nigerians,

It has become necessary for me to address you having heard from many concerned Nigerians and having concluded a meeting with all the Security Chiefs.

2. I must warn those who have hijacked and misdirected the initial, genuine and well – intended protest of some of our youths in parts of the country, against the excesses of some members of the now disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

3. On Monday 12th October, I acknowledged the genuine concerns and agitations of members of the public regarding the excessive use of force by some members of SARS.

4. The choice to demonstrate peacefully is a fundamental right of citizens as enshrined in Section 40 of our Constitution and other enactments; but this right to protest also imposes on the demonstrators the responsibility to respect the rights of other citizens, and the necessity to operate within the law.

5. As a democratic government, we listened to, and carefully evaluated the five-point demands of the protesters. And, having accepted them, we immediately scrapped SARS, and put measures in place to address the other demands of our youth.

6. On approving the termination of SARS, I already made it clear that it was in line with our commitment to the implementation of extensive Police reforms.

7. Sadly, the promptness with which we have acted seemed to have been misconstrued as a sign of weakness and twisted by some for their selfish unpatriotic interests.

8. The result of this is clear to all observers: human lives have been lost; acts of sexual violence have been reported; two major correctional facilities were attacked and convicts freed; public and private properties completely destroyed or vandalised; the sanctity of the Palace of a Peace Maker, the Oba of Lagos has been violated. So-called protesters have invaded an International Airport and in the process disrupted the travel plans of fellow Nigerians and our visitors.

9. All these executed in the name of the ENDSARS protests. I am indeed deeply pained that innocent lives have been lost. These tragedies are uncalled for and unnecessary. Certainly, there is no way whatsoever to connect these bad acts to legitimate expression of grievance of the youth of our country.

10. The spreading of deliberate falsehood and misinformation through the social media in particular, that this government is oblivious to the pains and plight of its citizens is a ploy to mislead the unwary within and outside Nigeria into unfair judgement and disruptive behaviour.

11. On the contrary, both our deeds and words have shown how committed this administration has been to the wellbeing and welfare of citizens, even with the steadily dwindling revenues, and the added responsibilities and restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

12. Government has put in place measures and initiatives principally targeted at youths, women and the most vulnerable groups in our society. These included our broad plan to lift 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in the next 10 years; the creation of N75 billion National Youth Investment Fund to provide opportunities for the youths and the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Survival Fund, through which government is:

a. paying three months salaries of the staff of 100,000 micro, small – and medium – enterprises,
b. paying for the registration of 250,000 businesses at the Corporate Affairs Commission,
c. giving a grant of N30,000 to 100,000 artisans; and
d. guaranteeing market for the products of traders.

13. These are in addition to many other initiatives such as;
a. Farmermoni,
b. Tradermoni,
c. Marketmoni,
d. N-Power,
e. N-Tech and
f. N-Agro.

14. No Nigerian Government in the past has methodically and seriously approached poverty-alleviation like we have done.

15. With regard to the welfare of police personnel, the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission has been directed to expedite action on the finalization of the new salary structure of members of the Nigeria Police Force. The emoluments of other paramilitary services are also being reviewed upwards.

16. In order to underscore the importance of education in preparing youths for the future, this administration has come up with a new salary structure and other incentives for our teachers.

17. Let me at this point reaffirm the Federal Government’s commitment to preserving the unity of this country.

18. We will continue to improve good governance and our democratic process, including through sustained engagement.

19. We shall continue to ensure that liberty and freedom, as well as the fundamental rights of all citizens are protected.

20. But remember that government also has the obligation to protect lives and properties, as well as the right of citizens to go about their daily businesses freely and protected from acts of violence.

21. To our neighbours in particular, and members of the international community, many of whom have expressed concern about the ongoing development in Nigeria, we thank you and urge you all to seek to know all the facts available before taking a position or rushing to judgment and making hasty pronouncements.

22. In the circumstances, I would like to appeal to protesters to note and take advantage of the various well-thought-out initiatives of this administration designed to make their lives better and more meaningful, and resist the temptation of being used by some subversive elements to cause chaos with the aim of truncating our nascent democracy.

23. For you to do otherwise will amount to undermining national security and the law and order situation. Under no circumstances will this be tolerated.

24. I therefore call on our youths to discontinue the street protests and constructively engage government in finding solutions. Your voice has been heard loud and clear and we are responding.

25. And I call on all Nigerians to go about their normal businesses, and enjoin security agencies to protect lives and properties of all law abiding citizens without doing harm to those they are meant to protect. Let me pay tribute to officers of the Nigeria Police Force who have tragically lost their lives in the line of duty.

26. I would like to thank those state Governors, traditional and religious leaders who have appealed for calm and restraint. I also thank youth leaders who have restrained their followers from taking the law into their hands.

27. This government respects and will continue to respect all the democratic rights and civil liberties of the people, but it will not allow anybody or groups to disrupt the peace of our nation.

Thank you all. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

NNAMDI KANU DOES NOT SPEAK FOR IGBO NATION.

By Joe Igbokwe

I have restrained myself since yesterday frcom making comments on the State of the Nation given the wanton and primitive destruction we witnessed in Lagos yesterday and other states in Nigeria.. Since yesterday I have been reading all the narratives on social media. A friend of mine sent a Video purportedly made by NNAMDI KANU of IPOB which has been circulating on Social Media. I figured out that they are trying to link the Childish and inciting video for being the cause of the mayhem in Lagos. In other words the take away is that NNAMDI KANU instigated Igbo in Lagos to attack Lagos in the name of protest for #ENDSARS. As an Igbo political leader in Lagos who has been here for close to 40 yrs I think history will permit me to speak out and put the records straight before the feeble, weak and senseless narratives create ethnic war in Lagos.
1. Igbo I know do not have the character to destroy but to build and that is why we always say in Igbo proverb: Ebe Onye bi ka ona awachi, meaning where you live is where you build your home. Check your streets , check all the markets in Lagos, check Estate developers, check everywhere in the metropolis and see and feel the presence of Igbo. They build anywhere they go and they do not destroy.
2. NNAMDI KANU does not speak for the Igbo Nation and therefore his opinion is not the opinion of intelligentsia and business moguls in Igboland. He is speaking for his brainwashed young elements who are lost in his antics and fruitless separatist agenda. Those who matter in Igboland are not on the same page with the Kanu boy of IPOB.
3. Igbo in Lagos do not posses the character and the courage to invade His Royal Majesty OBA Akiolu’s Palace in Lagos Island, TVC, LTV, CHANNELS TV, ORIENTAL HOTEL, GTB, BRT, NATION etc. My people will say in an adage that : It is rat inside the house that will tell the rat outside the house that there is something in the house. We have to look inside. I have been in Lagos enough and deeply too close Asiwaju to know all his enemies in Lagos and Yoruba Nation and it is political.Every PDP member in the South West do not like Asiwaju until they entered AD, AC , ACN and APC. I was the spoke person of our party for close to 14 yrs and I know what Iam talking about. They see Asiwaju as the dominator of the environment and armor bearer of South West politics. They put all their political failures on the doorsteps of Asiawaju BAT. If it rains heavily it is Asiwaju that caused it. If there is thunderstorms it is Asiwaju that caused it. If their businesses fail it is Asiwaju that caused it. If their wives cannot get pregnant it is Asiwaju that caused it etc. Success breads envy. As you are going up some people are going down and those going down will not like those going up.
4. The political hate for Asiwaju BAT has no boundary even in Nigeria. It goes beyond Nigeria. The PDP Nigeria knows it was Asiwaju that defeated them not President BUHARI. PMB came in 2003 and did not win, PMB came in 2007 and did not win, PMB came in 2011 and did not win until ASIWAJU’s political sagacity, creativity, and strategy pushed South West ACN to form alliance with CPC, ANPP, and some APGA members to give birth APC. This is root cause of this hate.
5. If you are a deep political thinker with great eyes, if you follow political events like I do everyday, if you are a good student of politics and if you have third eyes you will know at once that Asiwaju BAT has built an intimidating, formidable and unputdownable political networks across Nigeria to the extent that it is difficult now if not impossible for anybody to stop him from becoming the President of Nigeria in 2023, all things considered. Only God can stop him and this I know very well. The strategic ,well coordinated, clinical attacks on his interests in Lagos is well planned , well structured and clinically delivered to stop him in 2023 at all cost but will it stop him? No sir!!!
6. Asiwaju is not the only Governor that ruled Nigeria from 1999 to 2007. Where are other 35 governors, and why are they not trending like Asiwaju after 13yrs out of power? You cannot stop an idea whose time has come. You cannot cover the sun with bare hands.
7. While they are busy burning bridges across Nigeria, Asiwaju BAT has been building bridges across Nigeria since 1999, East, West, North or South. As I speak to you now he has formidable and intimidating networks and groups across the 36 States in Nigeria including Abuja. This is reason they started the war against him.
8. Please help to find the progenitors and the leaders of #ENDSARS MOVEMENT even though they will tell you they have no leaders. I am sure the leaders are not Igbo and I know it . #ENDSARS may be a dummy sold to the public but i have a feeling that it has deep political undertones. When they started #ENDNIGERIA, #ENDBUHARI, #ENDASIWAJU, #ENDEVERYTHING people like us started doubting the movement. Now see the rot and the damage staring us on the face.
9. Now having said all this, let me ask this fundamental question: who is driving this narrative that Igbo led a sophisticated Yoruba nation to destroy Lagos in their own land because one funny character called Nnamdi Kanu told them to do so? In the Yoruba Nation, in the 21st Century? Where is the muscle? Where is the courage? Where is the strength? Where is the capacity? We can do better than this.
10. Without sounding immodest let me say it here that the Sophisticated and well cultured Yoruba Nation I know very well should throw this narrative away with left hand. It is not good politics. Lagos has the machineries, deep political structures and cultures, great understanding, and all the trappings of modern civilization to investigate this horrible allegations trending on Social Media that one funny character called Nnamdi Kanu commanded his boys to attack Lagos. It is one dangerous allegation that can cause disaffection in the metropolis and beyond if not properly managed and handled.
11. Finally let me use this medium to draw the attention of of South East Governors, Senators , House of Reps MeMbers, State Law makers in the South East.Igbo intelligentsia, Igbo leaders of thought , Traditional Rulers, Captains of Industries from Igboland, Igbo business moguls, Igbo Professors and intellectuals, all Egg Heads in the South East , Igbo intellectuals in diaspora, Igbo professionals etc to rise up now and speak out. By all means Nnamdi Kalu must be called to order. Nnamdi Kanu is putting all Igbo in danger across Nigeria. Igbo remain the most traveled tribe in Nigeria and they have settlements across Nigeria and across the world. The kind of statement he issued yesterday which I listened to is capable bringing up another genocide and millions of Igbo will die. Evil triumph in any society when good men do nothing. When elders are not at home children may wear snakes as necklaces. The hottest part of hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of great moral crisis. Let us gather to reason together and run when the rains is yet to come. Nnamdi Kanu is putting all Igbo in trouble and danger in Nigeria. If we are sensible people and I know we are this is the time to call a spade a spade and tell Nnamdi Kalu that a tree cannot make a forest. I am the political leader of NDIGBO in APC Lagos and I do not want any harm to come to any Igbo and other tribes in Lagos or anywhere in Nigeria. Let history be my witness. Case Rested.

NB: Please Help Me To Share This Until It Is Heard In All Corners Of The World.

Joe Igbokwe

Donald J Trump Prayer Request

Before I came to POWER, there was a lot of wickedness going on AGAINST America my country.
As a billionaire, I decided to run for the president to Change the status quo.

I later won the election and since the Inception of my leadership, all my salaries do go to the less privilege in America.

I brought my best team to rebrand the American Economy and to do that which Democrats couldn’t do.

America became the best Economy in the world.

Since I took over power, all the MEDIA houses turned against me. From one false news to another just to destroy me…
The reason they hate me was because I recognized Jerusalem as the capital of israel and failed to Join in their Illuminati cult.

I was planning that in my second term in office, I will look towards Africa and liberate them from the bondage they are in from the Europeans.

I never knew that China was planning to recolonize Africa. They brought a disease CALLED CORONA VIRUS and hid it away from the rest of the world.

Today it has shattered my country and still raking havoc

I am perplexed. I love my citizens and hate to see them dying as it is happening today.

We have spent trillions of dollars just because of what China caused. I would have used this money to liberate Africa especially those trapped in Nigeria and stop the killing of Christians.

I am in a very sad mood now.

If you see this statement, say a word of prayers for me…

PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.

This is a difficult message to write to the Arsenal fans that I’ve played for over the past few years. I’m really deeply disappointed by the fact that I have not been registered for the Premier League season for the time being. Upon signing my new contract in 2018, I pledged my loyalty and allegiance to the club that I love, Arsenal, and it saddens me that this has not been reciprocated. As I have just found out, loyalty is hard to come by nowadays. I’ve always tried to remain positive from week to week that there’s maybe a chance to get back in the squad soon again. That’s why I kept silent so far. Before the Coronavirus break I was really happy with the development under our new coach Mikel Arteta – we’ve been on a positive way and I would say my performances were on a really good level.

But then things changed, again, and I was not longer allowed to play football for Arsenal. What else can I say? London still feels like home, I still have many good friends in this team, and I still feel a strong connection with the fans of this club. No matter what, I will keep fighting for my chance and not let my 8th season at Arsenal end like this. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I can promise you that this hard decision won’t change anything in my mindset – I will continue to train as best as I can and wherever possible use my voice against inhumanity and for justice.

This is the toughest night of our lives as forces beyond our direct control have moved to make dark notes in our history, but we will face it and come out stronger.

I’ve just concluded visits to hospitals with victims of this unfortunate shooting incident at Lekki .

It has taken me this long to make a statement because I have to prioritize the welfare of the victims of this very sad incident.

There are currently 10 patients at the Gen Hospital, 11 at Reddington and 4 at Vedic; with mild to moderate levels of injuries while 2 are receiving intensive medical care.

3 patients have been discharged & we will continue to monitor and ensure all patients get the best care.

As the Governor of our state, I recognize the buck stops at my table and I will work with the FG to get to the root of this unfortunate incident and stabilise all security operations to protect the lives and livelihood of our residents.

I will give a state broadcast in the morning.

WHY CHILDREN MASTURBATE?
There are a few reasons children rub their genitals. Some Reasons are normal while some should draw your attention as a parent. Let me tell you the reasons according to their ages:

FROM 1MONTH – 1YEAR:
A child within this age bracket masturbates unconsciously by either pulling, rubbing or porking his/her genital either due to skin irritation or infection. Babies within these ages are prone to infection especially when caregiver is careless and has a very poor hygiene culture.

FROM 2YEARS – 4 YEARS
A child within this age bracket masturbates not only because of skin irritation and infection alone but basically due to morning wood and the urge to explore one’s body. Every male child experiences the early morning erection, called “Nocturnal Penile Tumescence”, which occurs as a result of blood flow to penis’ nerves and tissues. Female child experiences it when blood flows to clitoris. This situation can make you see your child’s hands between his/her legs either rubbing or pulling his/her genital while in bed or out of bed. All adults experience morning wood every early morning, if you don’t, go see your doctor.

FROM 5YEARS – 10YEARS
Apart from skin irritation, infection, morning wood, a child within this age bracket has started struggling with early signs of puberty especially from 8years, and as such, feels better fastening his/her sleep by gently rubbing his/her genital. If you’ve been observant, you’ll notice this. Whenever a child within this age bracket touches his/her genital, it is either he/she is sleepy, confused and under stress. Many a time, the child does it unconsciously when watching TV or when he/she is alone. But this child can’t because of masturbation lock up him/herself in the bedroom, toilet or bathroom or withdraw from other children who are playing with him/her. So, it is not much a problem.

FROM 11YEARS – 14YEARS
Any child that masturbates within this age bracket, must have either been molested by a house-help who takes advantage of him/her during bathing, creaming and clothing or must have been molested by an older person from outside who is either a private lesson teacher, extended uncle, corrupt peers and older adults. Most of these older adults allow them to see pornography and porn magazines to entice them to accept being touched sexually. This child can’t masturbate in the public but in private. The child knows it is not acceptable in the public so he/she locks him/herself up in the bathroom, bedroom and toilet to masturbate. The essence is for sexual fantasies. This is why parents should worry when their kids within this age bracket often stay longer in the bathroom, bedroom and toilet alone. If a parent is not observant at this stage, then such parent may lose the battle of good parenting.

FROM 15YEARS – 20YEARS:
A child can drop masturbation especially if the reasons for masturbating are just natural such as skin irritation, infection, stress, sleep and morning wood. But a child becomes addicted to masturbation if the drive is from external influences like being molested by an older house-help, being coached by a bad lesson teacher, being enticed by a corrupt peer or uncle coupled with careless parents who are busy running after money and leaving their parenting responsibilities in the hands of neighbors, house-helps and classroom teachers. A child that masturbates at this age bracket can do that six times in every passing day. As he/she does this, he/she withdraws from friends so as to have more time to masturbate. The child may even trace his/her genital through the pocket and masturbates in classroom without anyone seeing him/her, the child may miss classes while masturbating in school abandoned building, school toilet and even school garden and behind school flowers. The child gradually begins to lose concentration by masturbating more than ten times a day. The child may wish someone else to masturbate him/her and may even help masturbate other people. This is the level where many kids are and parents are now looking for support groups and professionals.

HOW TO HELP STOP A CHILD FROM MASTURBATING
1. You can’t stop a child from touching his/her genital from the age of 1month to 4years, since touching of genital within this age bracket may be an unconscious act. The child will stop naturally with little restrictions from you.
2. Be observant to know when masturbating becomes intentional.
3. Talk to the child to stop touching his/her genital in public and he/she should tell you whenever he/she feels anything around genital region.
4. Talk to the child not to allow anyone touch his/her genital. And he/she should tell you if anyone touches it.
5. Build your child confidence around you so that he/she remains open and sincere to you.
6. Spend enough time with your kids, you’ll serve them from a lot of bad influences.
7. Talk to them dangers of masturbation.
8. Discuss sex with them as soon as they are 7years.
9. Warn them from touching people’s genitals.
10. Warn them against people who show them dirty pictures and movies etc.

I think we have learnt something new that may help us in this parenting responsibility. God bless you.

#EndSARS: Anonymous Threatens To Bring Down Nigerian Database

A group of hackers, anonymous has vowed to release some hidden informations of the Nigerian Politicians if the government refuses to heed to the people’s demands within 24 hours.

The hactivist said they are doing this in solidarity with the nationwide protest by Nigerians.

The group in a post on its Facebook page said they will be bringing down the country’s database.

END SARS PROTEST IS A PLOT TO OVERTHROW BUHARI’S GOVERNMENT ~ SHEIKH JINGIR

The National Chairman of the Council of Scholars of Jama’atu Izalatil Bid ‘in Wa’ikamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS) Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir, has accused the EndSARS protesters of plotting to overthrow the government of President Muhammadu Buhari and the northern part of the country. “It is very clear that the #EndSARS protest is a plot to tarnish the image of the Buhari’s administration and to destroy the entire north. I say this because even though the protesters demanded the abolition of SARS, the government did so but they (the protesters) continued to protest, and some even called for the president to resign. This tells you that something bad is hidden in the business, “said Sheikh Jingir.

The cleric made the allegations on Friday during Friday prayers at the ‘Yantaya Juma’at Mosque, Jos, the Plateau State capital. “We are not in favor of the EndSARS protest because there is no sincerity in it. It has to do with politics. We call on people to stop participating in the activities.

“What we need now is to pray for the development of our society and to see an end to insecurity in different communities.” Sheikh Jingir went on to say that the move would only set the country back when many parts of the country were facing security challenges especially the northern part of the country. He called on President Buhari to take immediate action to ensure that the action of the protesters did not went out of hand.

Information

Dear Lagosians,

I have watched with shock how what began as a peaceful #EndSARS protest has degenerated into a monster that is threatening the well-being of our society. Lives and limbs have been lost as criminals and miscreants are now hiding under the umbrella of these protests to unleash mayhem on our State.

As a government that is alive to its responsibility and has shown a commitment to the movement #ENDSARS, we will not watch and allow anarchy in our dear state.

I, therefore, hereby impose a 24-hour curfew on all parts of the State as from 4pm today, 20th October,2020.Nobody, except essential service providers and first responders must be found on the streets.

Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu
Governor, Lagos State
