President Buhari to Commission the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) 17-Storey Headquarters in Swali, Yenagoa, Bayelsa on Thursday 13th August.
The building have a 1000-seater capacity Auditorium, a four-level car park & a 10megawatts gas-fired Independent power plant. The building was started in 2015, executed by an indigenous company, Megastar Technical & Construction Ltd using mostly locally sourced materials and labour.
